Blair was very informed and professional when he came to our home to discuss replacing the front railing. Once we agreed to the job, he was very quick in ordering the material and arrived promptly on time on the date arranged for the install. He ran out of time on the first day and when I wanted to pay him for the job, he refused saying that he would be back the next day to finish the last few things and didn't want to be paid until the job was completed. He was very thorough, cleaned up after his job and even took away some material that we had sitting near the garage for a dump run! We are very pleased with the new railing and would certainly recommend BP Aluminum Railings.
