wow, wow, really? I cannot BELIEVE the other reviews I have read, Is this EVEN the same store????? I bought ALL of my dresses from Bridal Courture, and found the customer service ABOVE AND BEYOND any and ALL of my expectations!!!!!! My special day WAS special! and the whole process going up to my special day and the relationship I had with the staff at Bridal Couture was INCREDIBLE!!!! The store owner came in on a SATURDAY night to set up Skype so that I could share my special moments with my mom, dad and my sisters in Oklahoma and Kansas....She spent over an HOUR trying to set it up because she knew it was important to me! Then proceeded to stay for an additional 3 hours while I tried on this dress and that dress and this dress again and again and again!! She had so much patience and assisted in guiding me to find the perfect dress!!!! I went to several other stores and when I walked into many of them, the owners or staff were rude and did not care that it was my special day and the ONLY day that I will ever feel so amazing. Each and EVERY time I went into Bridal Couture, which was ALOT, I felt special and each and every member of the staff there made a special effort to enhance my experience as a bride! I ordered ALL of my bridesmaids dresses from there, 5 of them, and the tuxes. One of my sisters wanted to buy the dresses in the US, but because of the way I was treated at Bridal Couture, I did not want to take my business any where else! The bridesmaid dresses were Pretty Maids and Dessie and they fit wonderfully. As I did not have my bridesmaids even within the country and it was all off measurements, Iska, the owner, made the BEST judgement calls on each and every one of the dresses, and the dresses fit the bridesmaids well, with pretty much hemming only (other than the 2 child dresses; which are very generic in size). The colours matched my flowers exactly; as Iska came over with me to match the swatches of colours to match my dresses. She found the EXACT shade that I needed!!! As well, because it was two different designers, she found complimentary colours between the two different designers! I paid a rush on my dresses and they arrived in enough time to have the alterations (for the child dresses) and the hemming done in more than enough time! For My dress, she referred me to an excellent seamstress where they BOTH worked around my schedule; so that I could have the necessary adjustments made and at a VERY reasonable cost. My dress turned out perfectly!!! On the DAY of my wedding, the store owner came to my room where I was getting ready to lace me up!!!!! You want to talk about customer service??? I do not know of ANY other store owner that would care enough to actually show up on your wedding day, her day off, to ensure you are laced up properly!!! This is AFTER the purchases were made!!!!! WOW like WOW! In the future, I will NEVER shop any where else and each and every person I speak to, I recommend Bridal Couture, I will not recommend the many other shops I went into, for my bridal dress, or bridesmaids dresses, as I did not feel nearly as unique and special in ANY of the other shops. To them it was a job; at Bridal Couture, it meant the difference between a special experience and just a dress... THANK YOU to Bridal Couture, I cannot believe that anyone would have a bad experience at this shop. 5 stars? ABSOLUTELY! I could not have even dreamed of a better place to pick my dress from! On my wedding day, it was PERFECT! and alot of it had to do with the colour schemes and the diligence the staff at Bridal Couture put into making my day so special! I could go on and on, but really, go there for yourself; you will understand what I mean, sometimes there is just no words to express how staff members can make a difference between buying a dress and finding the perfect dress!

Every bride knows that it's imperative her maids are dressed as she envisions for her wedding. WOW! what a nice store!! I found my dream dress here in like an hour simply because the lady that was helping my large group and I shop knew her product and did wonderfully for us. I am so excited to have found my dream dress and can't wait to walk down the aisle!! Thank you Bridal Couture!!

I do not recommend this store to anyone who is looking to purchase their men's wedding clothes here.I had called the store to see how much notice they needed before my wedding to order men's clothing and at this point I was told to come in at least a month before the wedding. My groom and groomsmen were in at least 3-4 months before our wedding to order their shirts, vests, and ties (as well as the shirts, vests, and ties for my two ring bearers).Well it was getting pretty close to the wedding and nothing had shown up yet and I hadn't gotten any phone calls either so I called in to check on the status. They still hadn't received any of the pieces that we had ordered. Finally about 2 weeks before the wedding I was told that the shirts and ties had arrived but they were still waiting on the vests for the men (apparently the ring bearers were there).Now one week before the wedding I sent my mom into town to pick up what was there so that we could at least check the fit of the shirts. My mom was sent home with only the ties and ring bearer vests after asking for everything that had arrived for our party. Of course I was getting nervous about everything fitting so close to the wedding as there would not be time for any alterations or exchanges for the right size. I kept getting reassured by this company that the vests would fit as they were adjustable" on the back so I put my trust in them.The vests finally arrived the DAY BEFORE the wedding and of course I wasn't happy with this but they had assured me that they would fit. But .. they DID NOT FIT. My groom had to wear the vest that was assigned to the best man and the rest of my groomsmen were forced to only wear shirts and ties (ruining my vision of what I wanted my bridal party to look like on our wedding day!).
