Excellent customer service in an era where customer service is dying. Super friendly, competitive pricing and very knowledgeable. My technician, Sarah, took very good care of me and my vehicle. The work done was exemplary. The guys up front were very welcoming and all of the employees take pride in their work. Very happy customer and will be coming back again! Thank you!

Husband Peter brought in his 2008 Dodge Ram diesel 2500 for some work and they took good care of the truck. Had to take it back for adjustments and an alignment and second invoice was no charge. The guys are great.

I had an appointment for 10am .to change over tires The shop wassnt even going to het my car in for anothe 1 1/2 hr the 8 am appointment was still being done at 11 am They know how to take an appointment just dont expect timely service Sadly dissapointed Only 1/2 star for taking the apointment

I did a lot of research to find the best value for cost winter tires a couple years ago, and combined with manufacturers discounts, Fountain Tire was the clear choice for me. I've been back a couple times for other things, and the service personel are efficient and polite, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. FYI I'm very pleased with my all weather tires. No more switching tires twice a year.

Had a rapid leak in the tire got quick service and noticed the battery was done so they replaced that as well. Great service with updates and communications all the way through. Will go back for tires for sure.
