Absolutely a 5-star rating for the NOTL store. The store itself is clean, bright and inviting. All of the staff, from the manager to the stock boy, are friendly, welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable.Stock is kept current, and if they don't have something they will do their best to get it for you or, if that's impossible, to find out where you can get it.This store has earned top rating and I will continue to refer friends and family.

The lady that helped me out with my weird seed request was very patient and understanding... She actually listened to me and helped!The store was nice and clean and very well stocked. Lots of variety of goods. Prices were competitive. The staff assisting me made the big difference here! I will be back. Keep it up!

went in morning and they helped me to load the bags then went again and when i was trying to load the stone bags none was there and a guy called chris had the audacity to tell me not to park near the store but dodnt bother to ask if he can help, he came out later with a bag of bird feed for another customer , had no issues with this store bit if this employee remains for sure you will loose customers , shameful behaviour

I have been using your fertilizer product for the last three years, my lawn is the envy of the neighbourhood I have not used any weed killer of any kind just your fertilizer. If you zoom in the picture you’ll see how thick it is at the sidewalk edge. I highly recommend their fertilizer product for your lawn better than anything else you’ll find out there at a reasonable price and a great quality. You won’t be disappointed!

Great selection of bird feeders and seed. One negative experience with unfriendly staff but gave 5 stars due to the exceptional service that I received from another.
