I want to say a huge thank you to Michael who saved the data from my old laptop, transferred it to my new one, and then added the programs I needed before I left the store. I had just lost my son days before my laptop messed up so this was a very difficult time for me to make decisions. He did an excellent job and I'm truly grateful

I came in asking about recovering an external drive. He asked very minimal questions and then brusquely said they don't do data recovery and that it would have to be sent away and it would cost me $1600. Not a pleasant experience.
