Enjoyed our first visit to Aloha during their soft opening. We had the Huli Huli Chicken and the Luau Pork Ribs. Both were excellent and fresh off the grill. Served as traditional Hawaiian plate lunches" they came with sides - steamed veggies

Where do I start! Best food I have had anywhere in Richmond. Very friendly staff and great service. Feels like that family atmosphere you get at a luau in Hawaii. Shave Ice is a must, lots of flavours. Will be my new go to place.

So first off, this is more of a take-out place. Even if you dine in, they will still serve it to you in a take-out container. When you dine in, they will provide metal cutlery, BUT its odd how they are like dated old cheap ones. Small little things like that could have elevated the experience a little more. Also it was very annoying that the table we sat at was quite wobbly. Again, seemed like they just got used furniture or something.Aside from that, it’s a nice family-run restaurant, with excellent service. Now let’s talk about the food!HULI HULI CHICKEN $17Sweet marinated ¼ chicken leg boneless skin-on grilled to order. This was excellent! A bit small in terms of portion… if they offered a large size of this, with an extra piece of meat, I would pay it! This was very good and I think I would probably order the same thing again!9/10LUAU PORK RIBS $17Sweet marinated pork ribs grilled to order. The sauce and taste was good, BUT the pork itself was kinda dry. Would have preferred more juicy, succulent, fall-off-the-bone meat.6.9/10SHAVED ICE WITH CONDENSED MILK $8.50You get to choose up to 3 different flavours! We chose Blue Hawaiian, Orange Dreamsicle, Strawberry. It was pretty good! I would get this again!8/10

Food was great and the price is reasonable. We ordered the pork ribs and the beef ribs and we really enjoyed both dishes. The corn is a little bit too buttery, but all good!Really happy to finally have a Hawaiian plate lunch here!

Swung by to try out this new restaurant and got the huli huli chicken. Chicken was moist but could have been marinated longer. Side dishes werr good.... Most disappointed part was the rice.Rice was very mushy and overcooked.

We’ve been to Hawaii three times before and now have this local favourite that tastes just like authentic stuff! Favourites are the shrimp, pork ribs and chicken (especially that sweet and spicy sauce!). Will come back again soon.
