Langley lions is no longer a seniors housing complex ! the manager has turned it into the new esendale they are filling it up with crazy people ! and I have seen abused animals treated better than they treat old people in this complex the higher up staff are power tripping bullie and the woman who runs the place is a crazy power tripping bullie and should not be in a position of athority !

I live here. It’s not perfect but it’s home and so close to many necessary amenities. Please note that the office hours are noon to 4 pm Monday through Thursday. The Google site needs updating

Very unprofessional, do not know rental regulations. They lie and bully tenants, they treat them as they are beneath them. They have caretakers who have no idea what they are doing. They condone violence. One tenant has accosted 2-3 women and threatened to beat up an elderly man, people complain about him constantly but he still lives there.

My grandmother lives on 203 in one of their buildings. For the last two years the building has been infested with cockroaches and they won't do anything about it. The elevator doesn't work and they refuse to fix it. They co habituate drug addicts with seniors

People confuse the Office , with the Assisted living building, which is just one of the 5 building. It has a separate Review place.And the person with the pictures in this Review, Tammy Mackie, that's not even here!Don't know how it is for the Assisted living, but the other buildings have roaches, bedbugs, mice (probably more when Alder comes down) . Difficult to get work done in the apartments. Old buildings.Apartment empty for 4-5 months.Elevator was not working a month.Not enough parking.Office open to tenants Mon-Thursday 1:30 - 3:30 .... for like 500 tenants ?!etc. just a few thing I know, wonder about the complete list !Can't complain, just get treated worse or kicked out. (some did)But it is better than being on the street!

No stars but review requires at least one star to write something. This facility houses rejects that no other place would even consider as tenants. Many are hard to house troubled drug addicts or very mentally disturbed people. Many are under 40 & have no clue how to get along with others let alone themselves. Even their own families don't want them. Many require daily assistance which is deprived to them due to their bad behaviour.

Many people are too afraid to speak the truth about this awful place..Riverview was 100% safer..Management is deplorable.Abuse from unfit residents is rampant..This is called the place to put a roof over someone's head..Short term..The old fire still shows damage..Police have their hands tied,with no back up from managers..A total hell for a senior to live..City needs to be forced to step in and help..This is not a dumping groubd for the mentally ill..

ZERO STARS.Be aware if your family member passes, within the first 24 hours they will ask you to come remove all belongings. THEY WONT EVEN GIVE YOU 24HOURS TO GRIEF. Inhumane act!I feel that my grandmother did not get the proper care she and everyone else deserves. I am SO completely heart broken over my families experience with this place. If your considering having a loved one live here I would highly recommend you do a thorough search before making a decision.Look at these reviews and really hear what people are saying. I can ensure you its all completely TRUE.Shame on Evergreen Timbers......

They might as well call this crackhead daycare centre. Many decent tenants moving out as difficult to house rejects move in demonizing this place. No longer called seniors housing for a reason. Too bad, so sad.

My family member recently Moved into the facility. The caregivers are friendly, kind, and professional. The facility is clean, quiet, and the residents are friendly. There is a real sense of community in the facility.
