I can not say enough about the staff here! Devin was super helpful and reassuring.. my husband's tires were beyond bald! They were able to order us tires, fit us in and install them within an hour! While I was waiting in the waiting area 2 separate employees asked me if I was ok/needed anything.. and they were much cheaper then some of the local big name" stores. Everything from start to finish was super easy and hassle free- no hidden agenda or cost anywhere! I would 10/10 recommend this business!!"

Always leave feeling comfortable and confident they always fix my car's up nice whether it be an oil change or something actually wrong with it the guys in the back fix it perfectly and Brandon upfront always make sure I know exactly what what's going on with it in a way that I actually understand as I know nothing about cars the way that he explains things is greatly appreciated

I requested a service to swap my winter tires and put my all season back (my car was parked since April due to covid19).I explained to them that my winter tires and all seasons tires are on separate rim sets.I was shocked when they priced the swap of around $130. I expressed my feelings and shared with them that I never paid such an amount for swap before. In fact I even told them that always charged between $30-$40. But that didn't chang their price.I crossed the street to another shop and without any doubt they offered me the sevice for $30.After I finished the service I received a call from OK tire apologizing that they made a mistake in the price and offered me the service for about $40.I told them I did swap the tires across the street and thanked them for their late-wake-up" call"
