Was recently in speaking with Bethany and Bobby. We all hit it off talking about our general dislike for Sidney Crosby and that flightless bird team from Pittsburgh. As well as our fanatical dedication to one of the all time greats. Daniel Alfredsson.They both set me in the right direction in terms of my internet package and my cellphone. Couldn't recommend them enough!

A person was being trained the day I went in, luckily I was not in a rush. She was courteous and was able to fulfill my request. While there, an upset customer was escalating with a different employee. I was impressed with her ability to manage the situation. The store was clean and tidy. -1 star because if the cost of their accessories.

I had the simplest of tasks to do, return rented Rogers equipment as requested on the phone by the sales person from Rogers . I asked for some sort of receipt for proof that they had received the equipment, this apparently was not needed and I was told that they were just recycling it for me. So I told the employee that I would prefer to keep it so I have something to turn over if I was charged for further rental. At this point they said “ I don’t care what you do” . I hadn’t been rude or disrespectful in any way. I wanted to be. But I held my tongue and abided by the customer code of conduct sign that is front and center on the counter. If you want to continue to be treated with respect, try to also be respectful of others.

Recently I needed get some help and advice at the Carleton Place store. I was welcomed, helped and beyond by a very knowledgeable Rogers Customer Representative who went the extra mile to request the merging of my accounts and check for any special that could help me as a senior person. I have but good to say about the awesome service I received at this store from this Customer Service knowledgeable person. I have been with Rogers for more than 10 years and have never regretted its great service over these years.

Wanted to return old equipment as owner passed away. Girl was extremely rude, wouldn't take it because it was black Friday. Just had to take old stuff back. Girl wouldn't deal with us, wouldn't give her name. She should be fired. I guess she was only interested in commission money.

Once again, FAIL! I went in today and the guy immediately cut me off and told me I had to go through customer service to do what I needed. Sold me a SIM card that other stores have issued to me for free. Got back to the office to be told that I needed to activate the SIM card in store. This store have failed me so many times. I need to learn that the extra 15 minutes to Kanata is worth speaking with competent people.

I have used this store a few times now. My first experience 2 years ago was to upgrade phones. Customer service was excellent! Went effortlessly. 5stars.In the last 2 months I have stopped in twice about upgrading again. Most recently Sat Mar 3rd. 2017.The same gentleman I had two months ago was there. Let's just say his customer service was lacking immensely. He told me nobody is purchasing the IPhone 6s Plus and that we would be lucky to find one. Said we could not order through them and that even if we could it would be very expensive! Everything we mentioned seemed like there was just nothing they could do for us! Fine.Wanting to stay loyal to Rogers I came home and phoned in. Got a wonderful young lady named Serena. She was beyond helpful. Gave us a great plan and a great deal on phones too!It's sad that someone who is trying to support business in a small town gets service that pushes them to a phone call instead.Very dissappointed that I couldn't get service in person as I believe it supports the community!

This is the worst store and customer service I have ever seen. I would give zero star if I could. I have selected this store to return my equipment as it was nearest. The lady working there told me that there is no return receipt to give and assured me that people just put equipment at front door and account will be closed once they scan the serial number. I thought this is new return policy due to covid and trusted them as this is so called AUTHORIZED store. 2 months later I received a bill to pay equipment fees of $250. This was total shock for me as I have already returned equipment. Upon call Rogers agent told me to settle down with store personally like the store is 3rd party store and they just putting their name on store. Ridiculous service!!

I had to go into Roger's in CP to add a second line to my plan and purchase a second phone. I called ahead and the woman on the phone was extremely helpful, and when I got there they were doing a very good job of adhering to all social distancing measures. Unfortunately, I did not get to work with the wonderful woman I spoke with on the phone and instead had a young man help" me. He was extremely uninformative and could not answer my questions for me. It's a good thing I knew exactly what I was looking for. My partner managed to find info on a new plan for me while the guy was in the back
