This review is for Bankers Hall location,The old lady is so rude and unprofessional just looking for garbing money, she made a mistake for repairs of my pants I just brought it back and asked her to fix it she mentioned pants should be washed again then I will touch it and you should repay again for cleaning, she doesn't understand anything just repeat her stupid idea like chatterbox.I wouldn't recommend this place at all

Amazing Experience. Have been coming here for over 5 years. Never had an issue clothes are always delivered on time and smelling clean and looking good. Prices are the most affordable through my experience of all drycleans in the downtown area

Had a wedding in the Rockies, Groom`s suit had gotten soiled in an accident and we only had 10 hours before the ceremony. Randell`s was able to have it ready for me in time to grab a rental and dash out there.

Dropped suit off on Thursday for Monday pickup. Came in Tuesday - not ready. No call and seriously set me back in time. Won’t be returning.

For: East Village location. Needed a couple dog dollars shortened. They said it wouldn't be a problem. Be done in a week. 2 weeks later get a call they're just starting on them and sounded like they had no idea what they were doing. Told them to stop and ill just pick them up and go elsewhere. But they already opened up one stitch, so they stitched it back up. I can barely tell which one is the original! So If you don't need anything done fast, and if you want that factory look stitch, I'd totally recommend this place.

Don't use this service!$70 for wash and fold service, a medium sized bags worth.Fashion denim ($200 each x 3) clearly marked DO NOT DRYCLEAN were ruined as they were drycleaned, removing any trace of the qualities of the original garment.Folding was as if a 5 year old had done it. Folded damp and randomly folded in different shapes. Everything had wrinkles set in (except for the dry cleaned denim). Socks were still damp.A waste of money. I could have done it better in the dark.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could.Brought my dog’s collar to be shortened and two weeks later, they were finally able to get someone to do it. However, they did not understand how to shorten the collar, so I told them to just give the collars back.One of the collars came back with absolutely POOR stitching (left in the photo). It is appalling work, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone come to this place.
