Vancouver Hino Truck Sales

Last week I went to get my car repaired. The price they gave me at first wasn’t what they charged me. They charged me way more almost 3 times more. Then I asked to talk to a manager and only their sales manager was there. He was very nice and told me to come back another day to talk to the service manager to figure out the price. When I came back another day the service manager seemed as if he was ready to tell me no and he was very rude about all of it. I also talked to another sales manager about this and he was very rude. This whole experience was very unprofessional and we expected better from them since we have been a customer for almost 7 years.

Need better customer service training and give faster results. I took my truck in because of engine light and all they did was reset it and called saying it's done. I drive away got on the high way and the light came back on

Rudest freaking customer service provided by Robert. I called this morning and first thing I got, Wussup man, what can I do for ya? if you guys can't sell anything, at least show some respect to the customer, where you get all your business from. no wonder people leave bad reviews, Work on your customer service skills. I wanted to give 0 stars but you can't leave a review without choosing the star so had to choose 1. no recoms to anyone, call different location.

DO NOT BUY FROM VANCOUVER HINO!!!! I bought a truck from this place and when I purchased it the check engine light was going on and off. Myself and the salesman along with the manager decided they would pay for the bill whatever the cost was(they put it in the contract). After a long drawn out process I contacted them with the bill and Bob Taylor assured me he would do what he could to get me as much money as possible and asked for a document which I supplied. Since then (over a month ago) Bob has dodged my emails and calls…This is the definition of unprofessional management!! Please whatever you do DONT buy from this place!!

i have a fuso dump truck and a small disposal company, My Brakes where gone.i dropped my truck off friday morningi was so streesed that being a Mitsubishi it would be hard to find parts .11 pm came around , the phone rang and the truck was done . picked it up at midnight on a Friday. AMAZING THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCHdefinitely a customer for lifeeveryone worked so hard to make it happen

Very nice customer service specially the lady in part and service department saved me thousands dollar with her perfect knowledge about Hino trucks.
