I called K&K Finishes to power wash the exterior of our house, and repaint the posts and railings of our porch, as well as our fascia boards. Chad was responsive in email and phone. Setting up an appointment for a quote was quick and easy, and he sent us a quote via email in a timely manner. We were grateful that they were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule to perform a relatively small job. The painter diligently answered all of our questions, and was knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He did a wonderful job painting our porch railings, posts and fascia boards. He even touched up some areas around our windows when he noticed that the paint had degraded. I will definitely recommend K&K Finishes for their professionalism, great service and commendable work.

I used K&K Finishes in 2015 to paint the exterior of our home. At that time an execllent job was completed on the entire house. Our home faces West toward Saratoga Passage and we get significant weather in the winter. As a result of this, we had to redo the trim in 2020 with the same excellent results. The lead painter on the project had great attention to detail, and subsequently did a super job. I will use K&K next time we need to paint.

K&K painted our house and three other buildings on our property and did an excellent job! They were organized with great attention to detail, were friendly and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our buildings were all neglected and now we have a beautiful “new” home!! We are thrilled with the work done by K&K Finishes, Inc. The job was done perfectly! The crew was kind, prompt, safe,conscientious and did a top notch job. Our cape cod style home is 3 stories tall with shake siding and lots of peaks and details but K&K Finishes really knew what they were doing. The end result is awesome. We couldn’t have been happier with Chad and the supervisor, George. They were courteous, reliable, and very attentive to all the details. I’ve never had work done by a crew who communicated so well! It’s obvious that they take great pride in their outstanding work, even buying us a new peephole for our door to make sure the finished product was 100% perfect. I’d hire them again in a minute!
