Just giving them a star for writing a review which they don't even deserve .While i entered the store I explained my concern.I was asked to wait . I just looked around and came back to stand right in front of the customer service rep . I stood there for around 15 min later i asked him will it take more time to reply to my issue and he replied sorry I forgot " . I mean seriously..a customer standing in front of you forget that you need to resolve their query .They have a bunch of jokers staff who needs to be trained or terminated ASAO ( apart from Shaun ) who is amazing .Disgusting staff should taught to value their customers time ."

Awful service.Karan,one of their employee activated 3 lines on my account without my consent to get more commission.Their manager Sukhman didn't have any clue abour her client's account and what's other contractor-employee do work under her account.Make sure you stay away from this place.

I visited the Southpoint Rogers store a week ago about a promotion I received through email. I was greeted by one associate and I asked to take a look at the S21 Samsung phone they didn't have one on display but another associate went into the back & pulled a demo phone for me to look at. The second associate's name was Mandeep. Him & I started to talk over the S21 models/phones & the promotion. He gave me really good input & also advised me how I could reserve phone online. He walked me over to a computer to assist me and went over the steps. Unfortunately my rogers account was not in sync with my current email and I would have to contact main office for Rogers. I thanked Mandeep for his time & assistance. I told him if I could reserve the phone I would come back to have him further assist me.I contacted Rogers next morning and received full assistance with the phone and promotion as I was unable to do anything at the Rogers store. I contacted Mandeep later that afternoon at the store to let him know that my issues were resolved and that I really appreciated the extra steps he took to help me. His knowledge, courtesy and friendly service was very helpful and made my experience at the store quite pleasant. Thank you again Mandeep!

My sister and I went there beginning of December, the staff was very helpful. They told us about the deals they had. A staff member named Jeev helped us, he was very nice and helpful. I got my my phone from them. Overall a very good experience. There is a bit of a wait because the area is small and a lot people go to this location.

Did a hardware upgrade online one month ago. There was a option to pick up the phone which I chose because I believed it would be faster then it being mailed to be . I received the email confirmation and it indicated that the store would contact me to pick it up . No one had called me and have no idea where my phone is but already charged a surprise $50 service fee on my bill for something i don't even have .

Lol, no wonder this place is a 2.5/5 star rating. Next time a customer comes in trying to buy a new phone, and you tell them to leave... because what? You can’t handle your temper? What a joke. You would think a company based off of customer service would be somewhat accommodating, but NOPE! These guys aren’t. Actually, that’s not true. The other staff were nice, except for the Asian guy who barged in on his co-worker without his co-worker even asking for help.Whoever the Asian guy is there, replace him. I was a customer not even dealing with him and he stepped in, lost his temper and told me to leave. Obviously I got pissed off because a business based on CUSTOMER SERVICE, means doing everything you can and putting the customer first. I’ve worked in the sales industry for 10 years now and I’ve never once treated any customer like this man treated me today.

Yesterday, I went to buy a new android phone. I was delt by Jashanjot Singh. He was very calm and helpful. He explained me about the plan in very detail and gave me a great deal. I would suggest to meet this guy.

Went into store to process a warranty under the device protection plan, and was told by the rep to go try and contact Google to process the claim, despite the fact that i told him I was out of the limited warranty period.Never attempted to begin to take my money, despite the fact that I said I would like to go through rogers as I needed a phone quickly.Would not recommend dealing with this store.

This is an absolute 5-star review for Sukh who helped me out. In ~15 minutes I got what multiple customer service calls and many hours couldn't solve! He also gave me clear information on the remaining account set-up parts to fix, and which departments to go to for the fix.Without Sukh's quick and expert help, I'd probably be stuck in many more hours of support calls!
