Very well stocked with excellent selection. Friendly staff!

Bought item with spray bottle for soothing dog sore - sprayer did not work - brought back within 20 minutes only offered store credit - 45 dollar item - did not have a replacement etc. I am not local to area and credit only good for that store. Unfortunately I do not speak French as they point out credit only on receipt in French with a snicker. Once credit is used - never go in again period.

Nice staff, well informed an able to pass on their Knowledge. they also have some fish, mammals and birds. Good selection of Cats and dog food and so many accessories. From reptile lamps to water fountain drinking machine. It worth a visit.

Super variety of food and pet supplies. The staff is always willing to answer questions and help. Animals in the store are very well taken care of. Very pricey and no rescue animals.

The staff members sell pregnant hamsters to the clients and don’t even know the difference between the female and male hamsters and just put them all together in the same cage!! They scam the clients by not separating the hamsters and tell you to bring the hamsters in the month of February and then to wait another week because the manager goes out and buys more hamsters and puts all the male and female hamsters together and doesn’t make sense to buy more when he knew a customer had free baby hamsters to give him because him and his staff don’t know how to separate the hamsters and just care about making money! When I called yesterday the young girl on the phone was acting like They did nothing wrong and asking me if the staff member told me that the hamsters were pregnant, I told her of course not because you don’t know the difference between the hamsters and put them all in the same cage to take advantage of the clients!!

Bigger than expected when walking by. Staff is friendly. Had some cute puppies.

The store seems to have a good selection of all kinds of pet stuff, although, I wish they had more toys, beds, etc for cats and shelves stocked more frequently for food and litter.

Service is awesome. Always someone on spot for great advice. This is our favorite pet shop in Mont-Tremblant area.
