Friendliest guy ever, he absolutely brightened my morning! They have an AMAZING selection of tea, tinctures and supplements. This is DEFINITELY my new go-to spot. This a gem, and I definitely recommend.

Great selection and helpful customer service, but their business hours are innacurate which causes inconvenience.

I went in to buy something small and went to pay with credit card. The man pointed out a minimum charge - I said he actually wasn't supposed to have a minimum charge (I think I said it was illegal which technically it is not I now read BUT it IS prohibited by Visa and MasterCard in their Merchant agreements). The man argued with me right away so I simply said I wasn't going to purchase and went to leave - he followed me still telling me how he was right and that if I want to pay the $.25 charge - that he can't be paying that for everyone (At this point I had said very little other than he shouldn't be charging the fee) but I did laugh and say ' Don't kid yourself, your markup on everything in here would cover the $.25 fee - to which he continued on stating his side coming towards me, despite me continuing to walk away. I'm not quite sure why he felt the need to get SO defensive and follow me out of the store defending his fee as if I had done something wrong by telling him and deciding not to purchase. I also really dislike the fact that he felt the need to follow me, almost as i he was trying to physically intimidate me about being 'wrong'. I WON'T be purchasing from this store in future. Not only IS it against his agreements with the credit card companies - it's not very nice customer service to choose a store to spend my money in and be forced to buy more or pay the charge for using a particular form of payment. I own a small business too and charging the customer is outrageous. There is already profit built into the markup of the merchandise. Reacting like that to a customer is similarly bad practice.
