Vogue Residences - Brand New Rental Apartments

I've met Anne, Crystal, and other amazing members from the Vogue Residences management team. They have been great to communicate with, quick to respond, friendly, and very transparent (something I definitely appreciate)! The building itself was neatly maintained, relatively well priced (especially for this area and quality of the units), and have great amenities for working professionals and students. My application process was super fast, easy to get through, and simple. If I had any questions, the management team was super quick to get through, by email or phone! If anyone is interested in moving to Waterloo, I would definitely suggest applying here at Vogue Residences. Everyone was such a delight to be around!

If I could rate Vogue up to 10, I would! The building is always clean and well-maintained. Not to mention about the staff who are amazing and very pleasant especially Anne. She’s very welcoming, patient and accommodating. She is always there if we have any questions and ready to assist us anytime without hesitation. Vogue is such a friendly place to live that is close to everything. ☺️

Anne is exceptional! She helped us through the whole process. Our application got approved in less than 24 hours! Anne is very responsive, and provided all the information we needed to know. She is very knowledgeable about the property and her expertise were invaluable. I will definitely recommend Anne and Vogue Residences to my friends!

Me and my brother moved here as one of the earliest tenants. So I know everyone here from the beginning and we've been through all the highs and lows together.The place is brand new so everything is clean and in its place, plus its cleaned everyday like clockwork. We have a good facilities like gym, study rooms and lounge in the building itself.The best thing about this place is the management. Anne has been the best, since the beginning she's been helpful and accommodating, and always tries her best to help us and guide us. Anne, Rick, Crystal, and Mike are all awesome. Always greeting us with a smile, ready to help at any moment. I appreciate the relationships that I have formed here.

My partner and I moved into Vogue back in February and as first-time renters, we couldn't be happier.The building itself is newly built, clean, and is already the home of many wonderful people, staff included. It is rich with amenities, such as a very impressive gym and study rooms (which are very helpful for me as a student), and the location couldn't be any more ideal. Units are spacious with incredibly high ceilings, big windows and nice natural lighting. Units also contain sound well and come with every appliance you need to live comfortably (washer, dryer, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave...).The building manager, Anne, is a ray of light. She is kind and helpful, and I couldn't thank her or her husband (Rick) enough for all they've done for us since we moved in (and beforehand, too).Living here has been an amazing experience so far; we love Vogue!

We moved into Vogue in January. The building itself is welcoming, with modern rooms and amenities and well kept shared spaces. Our unit is bright and comfortable with a full kitchen and new appliances - including dishwasher and built in microwave as well as washer/dryer. We love the high ceilings, beautiful floor to ceiling windows and large balcony. It is conveniently located nearby to schools and numerous restaurants, fast food and grocery options.There is guest parking available.We couldn't be happier with the site manager, Anne; Anne and Rick went out of their way to be available after hours for our move in, as we had delays in travelling from out of town; since our initial move-in day they have been amazing, ensuring that we settled in comfortably. Anne and all of the Vogue staff ( Rick, Mark, Chantal) have been extremely kind, available, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.We feel very fortunate to have found such a beautiful place to live in Waterloo!

Friendly staff, quick to attend to maintenance requests, super clean building, nice gym, beautiful view of sunsets from the balcony and lovely furniture in my furnished suite. Carmichaels are super spacious. Highly recommend!

Marketing is misleading. They have a different set of furniture displayed in Model suite vs the actually units. They also offer discounts depending on the face value. Total garbage, no business ethics
