It has been ages since I last went to the Source and today I was reminded why. Beside of lacking variety on their products the customer service is almost non existent. I wanted to buy a fitbit Charge 5, and asked the clerk how much did it cost because it said 150$ he confirmed that it was 150$ so I decided to take it. When we scanned the product at the cash it came to 199$ plus taxes, we went to check the price and they forgot to remove the previous price tag so he just said the price was not right and told his colleagues to pay more attention when they put the price tags and he was not going to match the price. It is disappointing because the price was marked at 150$ and I even took the time to ask the clerk to confirm the price before he opened the display. After this event I really wonder if all the 5 stars reviews about this place are true.
