This company could possible possess the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are a dealer for Xplornet. We had xplornet installed about 2 months ago. The two people that came out to install the antenna were a man and woman. They tracked mud throughout the house without a thought. I understand work people cannot take off there boots. But the could use boot covers or drop sheets to protect the floors. They choose to aim the antenna to the tower twice as far away to the south instead of the tower within sight just to the north. So eventually the service weakened. I called xplornet to find why the speed was slow and was told there was an issue with the antenna. They would have someone out within 24-48 hours. 2 days later I get a call around 1:30 pm saying they could be there in 30 minutes. Well like most of you reading this, I have a job. 30 minutes is not a lot of time. I told them I could be there at 4:00. I was abruptly told that that would not work and we will have to come back another day" and then the phone hung up. So 7 days later after numerous calls to xplornet a tech from another company came out and informed me that the antenna should have been aimed to the tower to the north. I have no idea why Xplornet would allow a company with such poor customer service and work quality to be a dealer for them. I find he was very pleasant on the phone ,then we set up a time that was convenient for me,.Mr Parnell showed on time and installed my cable at a very quick time,plus he took time too show how too use the controller ,pvr,etc,and if I need anymore information too call he would answer all questions.

Short version - paid $150 and received nothing useful.I have had Chris out numerous times for issues with my Xplornet internet service and each time I am left unhappy. This time Chris came out to relocate my receiver due to issues with signal dropping. I mentioned to Chris that the Xplornet tech department suggested having it moved higher and he refused stating that my roof is too high. He opted to place it on a fence. While I did get good signal for a few minutes the signal has continued to drop repeatedly. Xplornet has again advised that the issue is with height and suggested another work order. I paid $152.55 for the relocation and it has not helped with my internet issues. Chris is refusing to refund the amount paid based on the fact that his relocation was not done as per Xplornet specifications and has ultimately not solved my issues. Not only that but he hung up the phone and is not answering when I call. His argument is that he was paid to run cable and did run cable and does not feel that he should be responsible for his decision on where to run the cable to. Between him and xplornet it has been a constant pass the buck game with me and my home business stuck in the middle without working service. I emplore you to do the right thing Chris and refund the money I have paid for unsatisfactory service.In addition to the issues with the work provided, I also had issues with Chris contacting me to arrange the appointment. They are required to reach out to the customer within 24-48 business hours and in my case it took them 5 business days. I had even tried to call them and left a message and did not hear back.This is just really disappointing service. As a small business owner myself, it is upsetting to see someone treat their customers with complete disregard.
