Disappointed, I was hopeful the flavour would be reflected in the cost. I was wrong. Paid $80.00 for two of these pieces of lasagna one small ceasar salad (with powdered parmesan cheese & three stale croutons) and a piece, one piece of garlic toast. With no garlic.Won't be returning. The two stars are for the dressing that was nice.

First time ever going here. Soooo good. Started with Tomato Bruschetta, Brie Burschetta and Arancino(Risotto Ball stuffed with cheese) and for main course...short ribs in Mushroom Raviloi. Everything tasted amazing, the waiter was fantastic. We did have to wait a bit at the table for stuff, but it was Saturday night and super busy. I guess my only complaint would be the hostess, she didn't really seem like she wanted to be there, but whatever. We will definitely be back!!

I waited to write this review until I had been here a few times. My boss loves Sorrentino's and he gave out gift cards to here for Christmas so I went and tried. Their food is DIVINE! The gift card got used up pretty quickly because it is on the more expensive side but it is so worth it. So many vegetarian options and they all taste sooooo good. So far I have tried their funghi misti pizza, roasted cauliflower (it's creamy and delicious), sorrentino salad (the red wine vinaigrette is to die for and the ingredients were so fresh), mushroom risotto, ricotta ravioli (probably the best ravioli I've had at a restaurant), penne arrabiatte with mushrooms instead of sausage (my favourite), and the panna cotta for dessert. My mouth is watering just writing this review and remembering how good every single thing tasted. The setting is classy and cozy. I love the dim lighting. The tables are a little too close together in my opinion, but I try and get and get a booth every time. The service is impeccable as well. 10/10 for ambiance overall. Strongly recommend going here.

I came here for a nice evening with my Grandparents and I had an excellent time here. I ordered the Carne Pizza which included many different types of meat such as ribs, pepperoni, and sausage. It was very good and it is a great size for a big guy such as myself. For dessert, I ordered the Carrot Caramel Cake which was delicious. Definitely coming back here again.

I wish I took a picture of both our dishes. My salad was swimming in water and my other half’s pasta seemed like it was under the heat lamp for a bit. The server was nice but didn’t seem to care about how gross the salad was. Overall it’s a nice restaurant. I don’t complain about food at all but it bothered me that I mentioned something and my comment was ignored. The beet salad was one of the worst salads I’ve ever had. My other half’s pasta was actually pretty good.

Had a great experience here for our anniversary dinner. Restaurant was packed but service was still great. Food was delicious, lots of options available, and wide wine selection. Restaurant was clean & organized, this team knows what they’re doing! Thank you for a great evening!

One of my favorite restaurants in the city. Never feels crowded, always feels so welcoming.Thank you Matt, although it was only at the last moment I let you know it was my birthday, I appreciated the service you provided from the moment I sat down, and your wine recommendation was perfect with the beet salad and penne Mediterranean.Can't wait to return for more Tiramisu and great coffee, it was delicious as always.

We had a delightful evening dining at this restaurant. Our server, Rafat, was pleasant, engaging and attentive. He introduced us to Vassilev, a young lady who left Ukraine and found a home with an Edmonton lady who opened her home to her. She was job shadowing. Kudos to to everyone assisting her make a new life here. Back to the meal. Unsure what wine we wanted, Rafat asked what we like and he brought 3 samples. We really wanted to go Italian, however of the 3, we found the Argentinian red the smoothest. I ordered the lasagna, it was excellent. It had the right amount of meat and pasta, the sauce was perfect. The spaghetti carbonara and the salmon and shrimp meals were equally delicious. Overall, it was a lovely evening out. I only have one minor critique, the two specials, both contained seafood. I think offering one seafood and one non seafood item would be better.
