Auxe customer service was 10/10. They completed which has to be one of the most complex jobs to facilitate. The Mantel Mount 340 is an amazing product, but a big pain to install - which scratched the heads many users who try to install this unit. The install of the mantel mount was on an uneven stone fireplace surface which obviously adds an extra layer of complexity, but Auxe was able to troubleshoot how to effectively accomplish the job without hacking it together.Give them a go!-GEAR-TV: Samsung 65 Q80TMount: MantelMount MM340Soundbar: Samsung HW-Q950T"

Troy from Auxe mounted my 70 inch TV in basement. The guy was a total pro. Hid wires and the mount job is super clean. Can't say enough good things. 10 out of 10

Requested an install for 7-9pm the same day. The installer called and asked if I was available early, and I was. From when I called to when it was completed took 2.5 hours. Fantastic!

I was super impressed with Auxe start to finish! The booking process was simple and convenient. Being able to purchase a wall mount while booking was something I appreciated and found useful. The technician sent was very professional and courteous. He made sure that everything was where I wanted and that there was no mess. Appointment booking process was very simple and straightforward allowing me to select a variety of different installation features. I was able to pick a day that was convenient to me and was given wonderful advice by Matt who explained the different types of mounts available (as I wasn't sure which one I wanted).When it came to installation day, Trevor, our technician, was a complete professional. He showed up a few minutes early and was very careful to maintain COVID social distancing which I greatly appreciated. The install was done very quickly and is very strong (which gives me peace of mind with young children running around). The TV mount also looks great and totally transformed our living room. Trevor even went the extra mile to explain how to adjust the mount should I ever want to take down or move the TV.Overall, Auxe is a very convenient service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a TV mounted (I also noticed on their website they offer a variety of other home services as well ie. smart doorbell install etc.). Two thumbs up for Auxe!

Scammers!! Owner James is as ignorant as any person could possibly be, and the entire company is built on fraud and dishonesty. I will post videos, photos & text conversations to prove their scams and abuse of customers. Original quote was $140 bit forced me to pay $480 AFTER the job was done. Sent a 7 scary guy to intimidate me instead of fixing the problem. I do NOT recommend using
