Absolutely horrible customer service. We have called numerous times requesting some basic information about the specifications on some wells we'd like to order. Every time we call, we are told that someone will call us back. We haven't heard from them in over 3 weeks. It has been such a frustrating experience! Do not recommend.

I purchased 6 of your raised garden beds last spring - my experience from ordering to harvest has been the best. I searched to find a similar product closer to home but nothing matched the size of your beds for the price or quality. 2 weeks from ordering to delivery across the country, easy to assemble, love my new garden! I called them about a window well cover for my place because all the options at the big box stores are 8 tall and wouldn't fit under my AC/gas lines. They sent my info to their distributor (Frontier). They have set sizes and I picked the 58" wide by 24" deep by 2" tall which was slightly bigger than my window well.There are three installation options: flat
