Just a huge thank you to Mike and his staff for all of the hard work, knowledge, many phone calls, etc.etc. in finding my replacement washer to match my three year old dryer. Without hesitation this store is a hidden gem of the highest quality. If you are considering a new appliance try this store first. The prices, knowledge, customer service and determination is miles ahead of the big box stores. They know their products and will work with you tirelessly to find a happy outcome. We visited DIY for our new kitchen installation. From design to install, all went smoothly. Mike was helpful and always available to answer our quetions. We even purchased a new dishwasher from DIY to go along with our new kitchen. Thanks

So disappointed. I booked an appointment ahead of time. I used my only day off to meet with Mike, made an extra trip (30 minutes) into town to be told by him that he was too busy to even look at my kitchen reno. Ridiculous. I went to Lowes , who did my last kitchen reno, and Doug was amazing. DYI DONT.

I can't comment on the products they sell as I never received any service from them. I visited the store in early March, provided them with drawings and measurements of the cabinets I wanted and patiently waited 2 months and heard nothing back from them. Contacted them again in early May, received a reply saying my request was put in their designer's inbox again. Another month has passed and once again, no response.If you're looking for help on designing and pricing a kitchen then I suggest you look elsewhere as customer service seems to have no meaning for this location. 1 star seems too much to give.

Absolutely love this place. Their flooring selection is large and the carpet tiles are very affordable. They also have a decent affordable selection of cupboards. We are loving our new carpet and cupboards in our house.The staff are very nice and helpful while at the same time give you space and are not pushy. If you are looking for flooring or kitchen stuff I'd go here first before the big box stores.

I went in to see what was available and they have a wonderful supply of carpet tiles as well as appliancesI will go back soon

Nice showroom. Stopped in twice to speak with sales man. Was told to leave a drawing and someone call back with a price. A few days went by and my wife called to see if they had got us a price. A week went by and I phoned one last time and was put on hold over five minutes. No one ever called us back. We moved on, and got a wonderful kitchen somewhere else.

Couldn't believe how cheaply I was able to carpet 2 rooms and a hallwayI basically paid here what others wanted for one room

I have dealt with Mike and Kathie for many years. I recently needed a new Washer and was worried about availability in todays market. I stopped in to DIY and was treated as always. Friendly, informative , and relaxing approach. They had what I wanted in stock !! Fair pricing and delivered as promised. Took away the old washer. Delivery guys are family. Friendly and very careful in my home. A great experience with a local family owned company !
