Rogers

The place is alright. It looks nice. The one rep I talked to seemed kind of cranky or upset about something. Went back in an hour or two later and the place was lined up to the door and the line wasn't moving. There were 3 or 4 staff on but no progress was being made. I guess that could depend on what people were in there for.Went to the Rogers in the mall, was in and out within 5 minutes to pick up a router for a new internet connection.

Made to wait in the cold due to their store limit" being fulfilled. There was three people in there... Plenty of room to social distance. Thanks for your consideration..."

I've heard so many horrid things about Rogers and while their billing may not be the most consistent, the support and customer service I've received at this store is #1. If you go in ask for Darren, he is professional, up to speed on all the products and packages and really seems to be looking out for the customer. Service done right. He has my business.

Called to get a new service installed, worst experience I have ever had with a ISP. Ended up canceling the order will find a service provider that has good customer service. I definitely recommend using any other provider than Rogers for internet and cable, Rogers is not worth the aggravation.

for being a company that has phone service they are awfully good at not answering the phone and ive never recieved service that isnt rude unless its front desk. he was in the driveway and wouldnt roll down his window or talk to me to hook up my phone. he left as soon as we spoke to him, he said he called 4 times, and it only says on my phone he called once. he was completely ignorant to us.

Worst service experience I encountered ever in Canada. Went there to get a pro max yesterday. From the moment I entered the guy at the entrance said he doesn’t understands me and was super rude. Then the other guy who assisted us, JASON, was the worst. I feel so traumatize. There was a promo but he didn’t applied it and when I asked why he said it is not available anymore. I was just there yesterday inquiring!!! He said the plans are always changing. I checked the website and it was still there! So I said I want to cancel, then he agreed on giving me the plan because the phone was already opened. He just doesn't want to do it again! Like come on! Why are you here if you hate your job? He didn’t even say anything about any service, recommendations, insurance, apple care, he didn’t even explained the plan or the contract. I just told him what i am looking for then he just nod and clicked then thats it. I deserved more that that. I paid the phone in full! Worst worst worst place ever! Please go to other Rogers not here!!! I am not white but I am still a person and I deserve the right treatment even if its not the best service. I am very very traumatized and disappointed. I am never ever going back there.
