You really should hire back the people who used to give good service to your customers. I left there today completely understanding why people order their books online. Not only are the prices better, but you don't have to deal with rude customer service where the cashier can't look up from her phone and the people on the floor couldn't be bothered to assist you other than tell you to check out the website on our phones. If I wanted to look it up on my phone, I probably would have just ordered it there. Thanks.

Visited today to deal with a technical issue and the staff person, Katelyn I believe, was incredibly helpful and friendly!

Been here a few times. I'm a book lover so I never ever mind coming into this store.I often peruse the puzzle selection (have bought on occasion). Do like seeing what's new.Eventually, always, I make my way round to the graphic novel selection. Never enough money or even time to get all the selections I want. By time, I'm referring to the time it'd take to read them all.My latest selection is a Manga (Japanese style, in English, but read from back to front) compilation by artist/writer Junji Ito. He is fantastic at illustrating unusual horror stories, in my opinion, which I enjoy. This book is entitled Uzumaki"I've noticed Manga graphic novels have age guides on the cover. I strongly advise guardians to check on what their children might be reading. This one is rated "T+ for OLDER TEEN". I have read ones rated for adults 18+ and should note that the graphics and story telling in those can be for the very mature audience.Also worth noting is that there are public washrooms in this store which are kept in top shape (as is the store itself)."

Nice looking store and lots and lots of books to choose from but the big problem is not enough staff on the floor to help with the book went up and March break for Nova Scotia and my daughter was trying to find some books she wanted and we could not find them what so ever which sucks for my daughter but she still was happy with the books she did leave with will come back again so fingers crossed there will be staff on the floor next time

Don't come here much since I use primarily electronic formats but during my visit yesterday, I found it difficult to find what I was looking for, couldn't find the computer on the floor to find anything and staff wasn't really present. Nothing was available in-store on the topic I was searching for. This was my second visit since the last time I tried to go around 7:30pm, it was already closed.It now closes around 7pm, even on Thursdays - which seems to be on par with other businesses in Dieppe not being open past 6-7pm, but I expected Chapters to at least be open till 9pm. Without Starbucks, there's not much going on here anymore.

Our favourite store. A great shop for browsing and we always end up buying something. Everything you could hope for — with the exception of a coffee stand, which has not reopened since the Starbucks closed during the pandemic.

Love it here, just call ahead for your favorite book. Went in and didn't carry it. To no fault of the store. Popular books fly off the shelves!

They have a nice selection of books and the store is clean and well maintained, the employees are nice and respectful. The only thing that I see as an issue is that there's on seating, there's no area where you can sit down and read

I really like Chapters. They often have good deal on art books and they layout its easy for use to find a book. This Moncton one has a kids zone which saprate from the rest of the store Which is nice. the coffee shop its tucked in the back allowing quite reading time. :) They often have very adorable gifts you can buy.
