Deciding to purchase a new vehicle is a big decision. Chosing a dealership to purchase from is extremely important. My choice to purchase from Forest City was the best choice for sure. I was very fortunate to work with Dean Zimmermann and Phil Chan. Two very professional individuals that definitely had my best interest in mind during this process. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. I have purchased many cars from different dealerships in different countries and this one is by far the best experience of all. I highly recommend this team to anyone considering a new vehicle purchase. There was no pressure, no stress and I was not rushed at all. Thank you both for a great experience. This is the place to go for a new or used vehicle!!! They really roll out the red carpet. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dale and he was great!! Bought a vehicle from forest city Dodge (2014 Mercedes B250) and the engine started overheating as soon as I got it.they never disclosed the issue, No recourse. Would not recommend

One of the worst car buying experiences I’ve had they promise you the world when singing for the car but can’t hold up on their own word/promise for one I asked over 5 times from time of signing for the car and over several visits I have asked for a undercarriage video since they don’t allow public in the shop never shown or received anything of the sortThe car was a joke the car was not ready in the slightest when I picked it up the first 24 hours I was back at the shop with airbag light a noise over bumps and the brakes just screaming as far as I can tell the first time for service the sway bar link needed to be replaced and they say they serviced the brakes with no evidence (aka lube) that it was ever touched airbag wire if had to have a wiring repairSecond visit before buying the car I was told the hood would be repainted for the time of sale since it had sun damage/ peeling and cracking at work I noticed the outline of the mark that was there before nice circle on the hood they made plans to get it sent back to the body shopThird visit to the shop within the first week noise over bumps again the airbag light came back on and the brakes squeaked since the last visit again another suspension component had to be replaced and they actually used lube on the brake pads the second time they serviced the brakes and they ordered the working for the airbag lightMy forth trip to the dealer i had a dust shield that was rubbing from the brake service and I made several concerns before buying the car about the radio/head unit had no other problems other than a cosmetic issue with the screen's laminate but everything was working 2 and a half weeks later the radio is no longer working and having issues when asked if it could be repaired they declined to do the work and told me they would have charged more for the car if they knew instead of owning there mistake and loosing money on something they missed they make the customer feel they are in the wrong for not paying enough and making the customer wait till warranty kicks in yes I bought the aftermarket protection and it would not activate till after 30 days of owning the car meaning they should be responsible for the first month as it should be (internal work)Also making the customer feel like they are in the wrong for asking to keep a loaner car they put me in I didn’t ask since they still didn’t fix the vehicle basically saying that I should be forced to use the car that has no radio/half the option I payed for seat controls climate control till the warranty kicked in so weeks without something I payed for and shook hands on that was workingOverall one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dealer do not recommend not trust worthy dealers wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy

They really care about there customers. Yesterday, I buy new rubicon from these guys and I can not explain how good my experience was with them. Christopher Reath and Matt, both of them go beyond their limits to help you out. At the last I can only say you guys, Thank you so much for all your efforts and help to make me jeep owner.

Could not have asked for a better sales person then Kyle Short. He got us exactly what we wanted and didn't push the vehicles that we had no interest in. Appreciated the quick response with my questions and made the whole process very easy. Great team all around at forest city dodge, everyone greets you with a smile and a hello from the receptionist to the rest of the team members on the floor walking by. Highly recommend.

Bought a used 2017 Dodge with low Km after servicing two Dodge vehicles at this dealership in the past.The deal was back and forth, but in a far more efficient and less pressured way than I had anticipated.I worked in some vehicle checks pre-delivery and all the conditions I set were met.On delivery a minor issue was noted and quickly corrected.Two weeks into my ownership the vehicle developed an issue that could not have been foreseen. It resulted in several days of no use.When I returned to pick it up I was met by apologies and understanding.All repairs were taken on by the Serge and the knowledgeable service and technician team.But ultimately, I credit salesperson Paul Long (The DodgeFather!) with ensuring my satisfaction. His responsiveness and professionalism was excellent throughout the unexpected hiccups.Look even the best of rides can have unexpected issues. Bottom line - this dealership took care of it and stood behind their product.I’m happy to be a Forest City Dodge customer and recommend this team.

This dealership gave my mother and I an annoying run around. First they booked us for transmission service on a day that the shop was closed. Called us to rebook and my mom inquired about bringing the Jeep in the night before and leaving the keys in a Dropbox. Drive 45 minutes to get to the dealership and when we arrive all gates to enter the property are blocked off. We rebooked our appointment at leaven’s….
