I just went there an hour after they were supposed to be open, but to my astonsishment they were still closed. It's world cup and I wanted a whole slew of sandwiches for my boys. Not only am I out of subs, I'm now INFURIATED AND WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!

I would leave a 0 star rating if I could, the staff at this subway are extremely rude and unprofessional, they over charge customers, they give attitude when customers are ordering, and don’t make anything correctly. I ordered a grilled wrap and they didn’t even grill it! and I removed the bacon and didn’t ask for any extra turkey and they charged me for both! when I asked her why it costed so much she took my receipt and told me I was wrong. worst subway ever.

A very busy and robust establishment. I was here on May 24 2021at approximately 5:30 p.m. I had waited 10 minutes before being served by an extremely busy but highly effective sole employee. The sandwich was awesome!I am somewhat concerned that employees are often working alone. Not just for in store customer service and preparing orders received online. More importantly, I am concerned for the safety of the employees working alone. This establishment is located in the area of the city where crime rates are high, with many vagrants and panhandlers who are loitering outside the store making it feel unsafe.Management/Owners are now on notice of these safety issues and ought remedy the situation asap...these concerns are now documented in this forum.

Staff, mostly A-Rod, were extremely rude. I was standing in line with a friend and I wasn’t getting anything but they were. He gave me attitude for standing in line with my friend, and did the same for the person in front of me who was in the same situation. He was also very rude to my friend who is very anxious and quiet while they were ordering. Instead of saying “excuse me?” Or something, he just stared at her with a dead expression and leaned closer. This was not a nice experience.

My mother and myself came here for a quick and convenient lunch. Unfortunately, the establishment was woefully understaffed with one front person handling a long queue for a fast food joint on a Saturday afternoon. The food was decent, but the wait felt so unnecessary when proper arrangements by management for a properly staffed place would have been in order.

Worst experience Ever at that location !!! The guy had come in from having a smoke as we were walking up there ... He was sweaty and greasy ... I guess trying to catch up on app orders but was too busy to say Anything to us !! We were there and hungry and wanted to buy some subs ... Not a word out of him as he completely ignored us !!! We left !! SMH ... Too bad .. Have never had a bad experience there before !!

A real 5 star experience, from the second we walked in the employees were kind, helpful, and patient. I didn't expect to be making a review for this, but I was so blown away it needed to be done. Good job subway, and thanks for the BLT.
