Cheats !the one word to describe them.Rented from them for 2.5 years,and handed over the premises in perfect shape to their supervisor who was drunk at the time of inspection and gave a clear signed copy of the nove out papers,A few months later got a bill of 550$ as a cleaning charge ,when I refused to pay was sent to collections.Very rude staff, drunk superintendent stay away from this real estate group and rental properties .
