Wonderful store that rivals home depot and has a large inventory. The offer competitive pricing that compares to to the other retailers. Love the self checkout option to add more value to my shopping experience.

Lowes is a higher end store compared to hone depot. They do carry different things so it's nice every once and a while to shop here. Store is very clean, employees are very friendly.

Jean-Paul deserves an award or badge for excellent customer service. He not only dropped what we was doing to assist us, but did so with a smile. He was friendly, efficient and helped us find what we were looking for. He also made sure we were happy before returning to his tasks. Great job young man!The store itself seems to have narrower aisles than others, which makes navigating with a large trolley cumbersome, but they did have what we wanted. Item prices were not accurate. There is ample parking space. As mentioned, the customer service we experienced here was great.

If you don’t want to see a collection of birds that have died trapped in nets, don’t go to Lowe’s garden centre at Laval. There are dead birds laying in a net along the roof of the outdoor garden centre. A lady told us a “hawk” came into the centre which killed the birds, but respectfully, these birds were in one piece, no blood, or any signs of attack. It’s clear these birds are getting stuck, and management is doing nothing to solve the issue, or at least clean up the dead bodies so customers don’t have to see such a disturbing view. There was a group of about six all together, with more spread out. Very unfortunate.

Fabulous customer service in the gardening department. Valentina, sales associate was so pleasant and helped me choose some rose food. Also the cashier was very helpful with her information and called for a carry out to help me with some mulch. And the young man who loaded up my car couldn't have been any nicer. Just a great experience.

It's always been a pleasant experience visiting Lowe's at Oshawa. The staff is very courteous and always ready to help. We came to pick some stones for the backyard - about 30 of them! Started loading the stones on a trolley and a few stones in, we realised this is going to be exhausting :) An elderly couple figured it was our first home improvement project, offered to help and even though we declined politely, they weren't taking no for an answer. Reluctantly we let them help, and a young Mr.Connor from the staff noticed us. He requested all of us to stop and very gracefully loaded the rest of them on the trolley. He told us to finish the checkout and once done would help us load them into the car as well. By the time we finished checkout, he was patiently waiting for us at the gate and in no time helped us put those heavy ones in the car. Here's a huge shout-out to Connor!! Thank you. Your professionalism and timely help is deeply appreciated. Thank you Lowes for a great service!

I was a little confused on what I needed for my home redecorate project. But Jean Paul provided excellent customer service and re explained things at times. It was honestly a 10/10, thank u!

Bought a new freezer. The delivery crew was respectful and efficient. Wore booties over their shoes. Unboxed our appliance and took away the old one. Everything was done in less than 20mins.

Massive place with affordable prices.

I ordered 26 deck boards fir delivery and 6 showed up totally unusable due to huge cracks, splits and warps. I called customer service and got nowhere. They are 12' and I can't take them in myself. They have not responded to my request to have them picked up and credited. Their lumber supplier is garbage. Go to Home Hardware or Home Depot.
