Decent but heavy food.We stopped here recently and tried quite a few things. My shrimp pasta was ok but could have used something to brighten it up a bit as it was pretty heavy. The curds were good and fried well. The broccoli cheddar soup was fantastic, but the shrimp basket and the Mac and cheese were a disappointment, both pretty greasy and dry.As far as service goes, everyone was very friendly but our waitress didn’t come back very often. It’s worth a stop if you’re passing through Pine River. We will definitely be giving them another shot.

Great place! The owners greet folks at the door. Beautiful ambiance. Great service and Saturday night is prime rib dinner! It was fantastic! It came with a Caesar salad and sauteed mushrooms or scalloped potatoes as my husband had. The salad was on a chilled plate. It was a great night. A glass of Pinot noir was only $6.00 and it was a full pour. We WILL be back!!! A+

A whole bunch of deliciousness!!Went with a group of coworkers and we all enjoyed the food. Drinks were basic but the chicken wings, fried catfish nuggets & gritsssss were delicious! Will be visiting again. Even the servers are nice & friendly. Great place to eat in Detroit.

Atmosphere is nothing special. Service was okay. We were a large group. They did pretty darn well considering that. Food portions are adequate and priced reasonably. Our group meets here every second Tuesday in June.

Sophie was so cheerful, so nice to see a happy server! Excellent burger, didn't like the extra creamy too much mayo cole slaw. Great bloody Mary. We'll be back.

The ambience was pleasent and our server was friendly. Food was OK.. Fish sandwich was great. They ran out of the prime rib special so my wife ordered the prime rib sandwich which was like eating shoe leather. She didn't alert the waitress as we were with friends. Our dogs did enjoy it.

We showed up with a party of 9 no warming and they got us seated pretty dang fast. I'm so thankful to them being accommodating. I got the nachoes, my husband got the holy cheeses burger, the kid got the chicken strips basket. Everything was delicious and well made and came out in good time. Prime rib was the special and it was also really good according to my mother in law. Sister in law liked the shoreline, brother in law liked the sirloin. Everyone really enjoyed the food Including the kids. I love that they had water at the table, and they were great at refilling the drinks. I appreciate the great service, food and atmosphere.

I had the prime rib sandwich and my boyfriend had a burger, both were excellent...my guy was jealous of my pr sandwich. It's going to be hard to top that prime rib!
