Halibut 'N' Malt Fish & Chips
Found this place by accident when visiting Decathlon in Burlington. The fish is so good here that we've been back 3 times. It's a about an hour or so from where we live but so worth the drive. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is delicious.If you're getting a cup of the chowder to go for go and get the bowl. You get a bit more. The calamari is plump but not all batter which is great and the fish.. well it's just amazing. Make sure to wash it all down with a glass of their fresh lemonade.Can't wait to go back.

Halibut 'N' Malt Fish & Chips
Very nice place for a fish and chip place. Servers friendly and more than willing to refill your pop or coffee. We had the halibut and it's a decnt size compared to other places we have been at.Reasonly priced for all items on menu. Worth the drive to return to as we are about 30 minutes away.

Really glad this place was able to stay open and improve on their quality with food and service. Always dependable good quality fish and chips. Not stingy with their sauces. Pretty good hours for their location as well. Plenty of easy parking. A great option if you want good food before a movie.

Halibut 'N' Malt Fish & Chips
Wonderful experience at this restaurant. The fish was exceptionally done and not over battered, the seafood was good sized portions. Their fries was the only thing that could have been better in taste and cut size but was not a deal breaker. Staff were friendly and tartar sauce was readily available at the table. Definitely would eat here again. More of pub style eatery with a family feel.

Halibut 'N' Malt Fish & Chips
First time here, went for lunch and had lunch size Halibut and chips, comes with coleslaw. Price was great . Perfect size for me and loved the fish lightly battered and crispy. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and we enjoyed it so much. We will be back. The ambience in this place is warm and comforting.

Great environment and super friendly staff. Very attentive and accommodating. We split the seafood platter and it was a good amount of food for 2 people. Their scallops were super juicy which was a great surprise. Definitely recommend!

Halibut 'N' Malt Fish & Chips
We were in the area for IKEA and craving some fish and chips so we decided to try this place out. The server/host was very friendly and welcoming. The dining area was spotless and the interior ambiance and decor was spot-on with the seafood theme. We tried their famous Halibut and chips - the halibut was flaky, crispy and delicious! Definitely a must try! They also had a special on the Haddock so we tried that too with onion rings, also a winner. Among some of the best fish and chips we've had.Also tried some garlic bread with cheese and battered mushrooms for apps. Everything tasted great and the service was fast and friendly! Will definitely come back when in the area again.

Excellent fish & chips stop in Burlington. We had Haddock & chips with onion ring ,Shellfish Platter and milkshake. The Haddock was bigger than expected and the salad was fresh, def come back again!

Halibut 'N' Malt Fish & Chips
Was looking for a good fish and chips meal. The reviews I read seemed favourable, but it wasn’t what I experienced. The fish was good and nicely battered (light), but the chips were soggy and luke warm. I had asked for the chips to be a little well done but the kitchen didn’t seem to have read the order, and /or the server didn’t care to notice. The server was friendly and replaced the chips with new ones as ordered. Don’t think I would return though.

Halibut 'N' Malt Fish & Chips
Bought halibut fish and chips. Very disappointed in the fries. They have been reheated and recooked over again. Fries suck. Not recommended
