Jollytails Lady Hammond

I took my dog to be groomed at Jollytails and they were so kind to me, made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care. The store is clean and well stocked and my girl looked gorgeous when she was done!!

My wife and I absolutely love the staff at Jollytails on Lady Hammond. They're professional, friendly, and great with our 2 year old Lab Lucy. Highly recommend!

I have been to all 4 locations.This puppy social is my favorite! There is an experienced staff member whose attention is on the puppy play. She answers questions and knows when puppies need a time out. Having the smallest pup with the biggest voice she made me feel safe to let him be. The pools were a great bonus.

After a couple of years of bringing my dog to Jollytails I finally had to stop because I had enough of the owner's ignorant comments on social media. The grooming and daycare was fine, staff were great, but I could no longer give another dollar to a man that says the things he does. I know I am not the first nor last customer to be turned off by his online antagonism.

Jonah had his 1st groom here at Jollytails..The price was high, much higher then I usually pay at my regular groomers. I couldn't wait any longer!! I had no choice but to go elsewhere. Despite the high price, she did a very good job!! Jonah will be 13 his B-Day and I can honestly say this is the best groom he has has. Nails are spot on!! Amazing job!! His ears (inside) were acceptionally awesome..

Jollytails is a great daycare with a store that sells Acana dog food at perhaps the lowest price around. The daycare gives a fun summary of your dog at daycare. The photos are a great highlight of the day. The daycare also pays attention to the fact that my dog would run and play non-stop so he does get some downtime in a crate. I often send a towel or blanket as well as a bit of food for the crate. My dog appreciates the kiddie pools in the summertime.

I take my puppy here for puppy socials as well as daycare and she always has a good time. Staff are cognisant of the fact that puppies don’t always have good manners, they know when to intervene and they know when to let puppies sort out tiffs on their own. After attending socialisation and daycare here my exuberant pup is actually learning her manners around other dogs and backing off if the other dog doesn’t want to play. They also take dog vaccination seriously and actually ask for proof of vaccination for dogs that attend daycare. This is more than I can say for another well-reputed puppy class that asks people to confirm that the dog is vaccinated without actually checking for it, and only takes in “stepford puppies” for their socialisation classes and turns them away if their behaviour is less than perfect. Jollytails understands puppies. They take such great pictures of your dog on social media! I see some reviews mentioning that they’re not a fan of the owner’s ideologies. My take on that is that the owner’s ideologies are his business as long as he doesn’t impose them on me, and as long as he continues to provide a safe, wonderful environment for my puppy to grow and socialise.
