My whole experience with Tyler was amazing. He was on a job when I called, so I left a voice mail, which he responded to immediately with a text, acknowledging me and asked me for some more details about my furnace where I was intending the AC unit to be installed. I replied back with all the requested info, and we continued back and forth via text (which was super convenient for me as I was working), until there was a quote in my email with a proposed scheduled install date. When I called him to confirm, I asked him a ton of questions and he was completely transparent about himself, his services, and the products he supplies.He communicated with me the day before and the morning of, arrived on time, was dressed professionally, worked in an organized and efficient manner, and communicated as necessary. He was in and out in 4 hours and even fixed a tiny gas leak in my water tank at no extra charge! Wow.I'm one of those people that does a bunch of research, gets several quotes, and makes the best well-rounded decision overall. My experiences with other contractors for my AC install were not stellar, the quotes were exceptionally high, and the timelines for installation were terrible. Tyler was a slam dunk for me. Highly recommend.

Tyler saved us not only during the coldest part of the winter, but over Christmas! He replied to me within hours of our furnace quitting (during his holiday I’m sure). He came over right away and we had a new furnace within days. Since then, he has replied to me right away when I’ve had questions with our new system. Tyler and his assistant arrived on the day scheduled and worked non-stop to install a new furnace and AC. It was a great experience the installation was completed and everything was left tidy. Tyler installed an air conditioner for our home as well as a new thermostat. He was affordable, friendly, professional, and answered all my emails in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the service! He also took the time to walk me through using the new thermostat and made it clear we are welcome to contact him should we have any questions.
