Several people entered without masks and the receptionist did nothing, said nothing, did not even offer a mask. They have signs that say masks are mandatory and this is not enforced. When Dr. Pracha was questioned on this policy he said that they do not bother as it is to much of a issue to try and they can't ask them to leave if they do not obey so they do not bother. The doctors still do a good job it is a great location, the staff is fast and responsive to requests. They have a pharmacy in house that is able to handle requests very timely.

I highly recommend Dr. Paracha for their exceptional care, professionalism, and knowledge. From the moment I walked into their office, I felt welcomed and at ease. They listened to my concerns, provided clear instructions, and made me feel supported throughout the appointment. Thank you, Dr. Paracha, for your dedication to your patients.

The place is a dive. Rusted out garbage can in the toilet and no paper towels. Furniture likely found in a dumpster. I've been here a few times and the doctor still doesn't know my name. Doc: Weren't you just here last week? Me: No. I haven't been here in a year! Booked a physical and I had to ask them if they were going to take my weight and height. The Dr only looked at my eyes, ears and checked heart rate. I did not have to remove any item of clothing. When I asked why she wasnt doing a standard test that should be done every couple of years, she said I had to book another appointment separately. Another chance to bill the government for an extra visit, it seems. Also, the Dr showed zero interest when I started to tell her about my long-term adverse reaction to the 2nd covid vaccine. She just cut me off. Dr has a questionable practice of sending prescriptions directly to the in-house pharmacy -- she did not hand me the prescription and I did not give permission for it to be automatically sent to the on-site pharmacy. I didn't even know she had written a prescription until the pharmacy called me to ask me when I'd be coming to pick up my prescription. Healthcare system in Manitoba is pathetic.

The female doctor is terrible- borderline rude and always wanted to get me out of the room within 30 seconds no matter the circumstance. She prescribed me the wrong medication (antibiotic) and not an attentive listener at all. She really doesn't care.

Beyond speechless. The receptionist had no privacy when confirming my address, phone number, birth date ect as I was across the room and she yelled it. I was then taken in to see the doctor who took a phone call while I was in the room!!!??? She put him on speaker phone, cut me off while I was talking and then continued to be on the phone during my appointment. She at least had the decency to put our conversation on mute so the guy on the phone couldn't hear what I was talking about. I was then given a prescription and the pharmacist had no gloves on while handling my medication. Patient beware I guess.

Unfortunately couldn’t make it to the doctor because my experience in the waiting room had me gone in 5 min. Receptionist pretty rude. This place enforces masks but doesn’t provide. Nobody inside is wearing?? The place is a dump. Just go elsewhere. The medi app that tells how long wait times are said 10 min. The lady beside me was visibly anxious & asked receptionist how much longer as she had waited 45 min already and had to leave. Go to bridgewater. Much better

Went in, in severe pain and nausea, i really needed help (which I found out somewhere else was multi fractures in my face) the girl told me she couldn't find the number on my medical card and asked if it was new which it was and then said I've never seem them like this they are usually pink (mine being the newest brown ones) and told me she couldn't help me. This is not right seeing as how there was absolutely nothing wrong with my card. I almost felt like she just didn't want to help me. I had zero issues with my card at the next place I went."
