I've shopped here on several occasions and I've never had a bad experience. All the staff are super helpful and patient. The staff always seem to know what they're talking about and will recommend you the best option for your needs (if asked) even if it isn't the most expensive option, it never feels like they're trying to up sell you on anything. I definitely prefer the source over its competitors

I am giving a 5-star rating to employee, Anuk. He provided the absolute best customer service I have had in many years. He checked on the product I was looking for, he called me as soon as the product arrived at that store, and although it was an order for another customer, Anuk suggested an alternative that had just arrived. Had an awesome and very pleasant experience while buying my first phone in Canada. The manager (Mr. Pardeep) of the store helped and guided me to select a new phone with a perfect plan that suits my requirements. He assisted me very well and other staff was also vey nice.
