First very rude customer service, second the cake I ordered for my daughter's birthday was not fresh and the taste was very bad .this was my second time but I don't know what happened to their quality. I will never go back their .waste of money, waste cake. I will give them 0 star but there isn't any option their.

Delicious cake and beautiful decoration. Went to 4 different cake shops but could not get the customised cake as I wanted ( it was almost last minute order ) but they took in my order and their service was impressive.

If you love yourself then never go thereWe ordered today around 7:25pm and a middle aged guy said we have to wait 10 minutes.After 10 minutes he said we have to wait another 10 minutes as we went out. seriously……Why didn't he tell us first that we couldn't leave the restaurant when we told him we were waiting outside.I don't care who you are..keep your attitude in your pocketGo and learn what customer service is all aboutThey do not deserve a single star

We ordered Rasmalai cake (which wasn’t even rasmalai flavor) for our younger sister from your baker but really got highly disappointed.It seemed like cake wasn’t fresh; with added too much artificial flavour and bitter in taste.We faced too much embarrassment in our own hosted family gathering.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

We ordered a cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday. When we went to pick it up, they said they don’t have any order for that day, even though we went to the shop the day before to finalize the cake and also confirmed that we were going to pick it up on the exact day. They completely denied that we even ordered a cake, and then they figured out that they had wrote the wrong date for the cake pickup. We were at the banquet hall, and everybody was waiting for the cake, we gave them some more time to prepare the cake as there were no other bakeries open at that time. However, we don’t know where they got the cake that they gave us, as it was not the cake that we had ordered. The cake they gave us had Less volume than what we ordered, the design was completely off and completely different from what we had decided on, and the cake tasted horrible. Still, they made us pay the full amount of the cake that we originally ordered, when they gave us a completely different cake. All our guests were very disgusted with the cake. This was a horrible experience and we do not recommend them.

One of the worst bakery in town. The cakes are of a very poor quality. The shop is always in chaos with a poor customer service. The jerk at the cash counter does not know what do when customer enters the shop. Overall a bad place to go. I would recommend buying from the adjoining bakery Mankhush

I wish I could give you guys 0 star. They are high on attitude , don’t value their customers and are quite rude . Filthy over priced shop , NOT RECOMMENDED

I would give 0 stars if possible. Bought cake from there and their prices are higher than whole town even more than Safeway (where you can buy best cakes). Moreover, the attitude of people on the counter is not welcoming, and even not treating us right.
