Had a friend staying there room seemed decent clean up-to-date bar and restaurant were decent and I hear they have good food. I only had a beer at this location customer service was great.

Loud and overpriced. Walls are thin. Road noise is obtrusive. Hotel is on a busy road and across from railroad tracks. One can hear people talking right outside the window. The rate is high relative to what you get. Rooms are fine - basic but fine.

Decent hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Not bad at all. I liked the room and the mattress was perfect for me. Not so hard and not so soft either.

We travelled from Alberta to visit relatives and Poco was recommended to us. The rooms are awesome, everything you could possibly need, the service was out of this world. We had several meals in the restaurant and our server Brenda was one in a million. On the second day there she remembered what we had to eat. When we left she gave us a hug and said see you need time. She said she was very happy to have met us as we were with her. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a great hotel.

I was actually kind of impressed by this hotel! They had everything you would need in the bathroom, including toothbrush and shaving kits, and the bar was actually really nice! Not being from around there, I kind of expected it to be a little dirty but it was super clean. We only had one issue with the pull-out bed, but that was because we didn't use our eyeballs and the staff came within a few minutes and pulled it out like nothing. Overall, really impressed.

Enjoyed the room...well supplied. (Even gives you a sewing kit and paper like slippers) found carpeting loose and tight washroom but overall - comfy bed and clean sheets! I'd stay again. Service at front desk was amicable. Location - can be noisy with train yard during the night but since I was in the back, it was perfect. Close to many dining venues (by car) and has its own restaurant for those times you just don't want to go far. Priced well.
