Great deep tissue therapeutic massage. I always leave feeling more relaxed. Corena always asks how the pressure is and focuses on any problem areas I may have. She is very knowledgeable and tailors the session to what your body needs most. I would highly recommend to any one who needs a massage in Lethbridge!

Corena is an excellent massage therapist and has been helping to relieve my sciatic pain and neck/shoulder tension. I leave each appointment feeling very glad that I took the time to go. Corena is a professional. Her techniques in cupping and therapeutic massage have proven to be extremely beneficial in relieving the sciatic and headache pain that I have been suffering with for too long. I highly recommend her.

As someone with chronic back issues I have been to quite a few massage therapists in the past 40 years. Corena has proven to be one of the best, if not the best, massage therapists I have been to. She is very knowledgeable and gets to the root of the problem. I am very pleased with her deep tissue massage technique and as I’ve only had my first ever cupping treatment I can only say it worked wonders on me. Thank you Corena, keep up the great work!
