TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had appointment with Andre Luis on July 28, super nice guy in person…After seating on his office for 30 min he told me his system is down and he has all the information from me and my wife and he will email me all documents by end of the day to sign and my wife will be joined in my account ( he never send me that email)…Call him back week after his coworkers told me he will call back by end of the day( he never call me back)…Call him back 5 days afterHis coworker said he had appointment and he call me back at 5pmFinally he call me back at 6pm and he told me I have to email him all my information again ….Clearly he show he doesn’t care about me, he doesn’t respect my time and me… He waste my time for last 2 weeks

Loved the experience with branch employee. They were professional and ready to help. The tellers are quick and knowledgeable in many areas. Opening and setting up the account with Carmen Chipana was easy and very efficient. Thank you TD bank for helping EndWorldHunger2045 staff.

Honestly, the worst experience I have ever had at TD. The staff are inexperienced and unwilling to give their clients the time of day. I booked an hour long appointment with them and not even 15minutes into the appointment, they tell us their next appointment is here and we would have to leave. Fine. So we come back. Unfortunately, the next person is inexperienced and honestly made me doubt their expertise. Go to another TD where people respect you, your time, and actually know what they're talking about.

I wish I could give them zero star. Terrible management. Terrible service. Rude people and they don’t provide a customer service. Shame on TD. Don’t go to this location. They put a teenager upfront to be rude to all customers. I always go deposit my cheque and every time I go to deposit my cheque their are new employee and they always ask me where this cheque came from, which they could see on the top of the cheque, same thing as the manager his name is Simon the stupid he doesn’t care about customers. Poor management.

I have been a long time customer at TD; however, the service I received from Brian, Manager in Customer Services was definitely exceptional. I had difficult time dealing with TD Waterhouse (Direct Investing, one of entity from TD Financial) over few months and problem seemed not resolving, just getting delayed for few months until Brian took it over. Brian handled with professional manner and kept me updated what was going on. Without him, I would be still calling Waterhouse and be on hold. Thanks Brian for taking care of customer and showing genuine care!
