We loved working with Paul. He managed our renovation well and kept us informed regarding timeline and budget. He went out of his way to accommodate us as we had a baby coming at the same time the renovation was due to complete. His crew and all contractors were friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves daily, leaving our home as tidy as they could. He will definitely be called for any future work we do .

I was very happy to work with Paul and his team. He is practical, clear with his communication, and doesn’t hide or gloss over anything. He is also trustworthy, and when a couple mistakes were noted as the job progressed, they were fixed right away. We had some bumps along the road that impacted our original renovation plans and had to change some of our plans as a result, but it was all handled in stride and we were able to make decisions and change our plans as we went along, all of which worked out quite seamlessly. It seems like he’s got really good ties with his subcontractors, as he was able to manage them quite well. Full basement renovation plus a bathroom upstairs.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had dealing with construction. Paul and his team were professional, neat, organized and most importantly responsive. They answered every question promptly and thanks to the very handy tool they use to stay on track it ensured we always knew what was coming and what was expected of us. Paul kept us on budget and when we needed to worked with us to find some additional cost savings. Every company out there should be as organized and on track as this team. One building inspector came to our site and said he had never seen a site as clean as this. They built a small house in the back yard for my mom to move into and she is absolutely thrilled with it.

Paul has done fantastic work on the several projects we had for him to do. He was professional and easy to work with ,with some really great ideas. He was on budget and work was done on time.

We are very happy with are brand new bathroom , Coleridge Construction did an amazing job and got everything done in a timely manner , which was a huge thing in our house ! Thanks so much to Paul and his team for helping us find everything we needed and going the extra mile for us!

We put off getting our kitchen renovated for so long because we didn’t know where to start. Paul walked us through every step of the process and made it so much easier than we thought it would be. Paul really took the time to understand what we wanted and that was very important to us. The Coleridge Construction crew are fantastic and we are so happy with how our kitchen turned out. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

Paul managed our basement renovation from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the result. He was easy to work with, communicated clearly and finished on time and within budget! Highly recommend him as a contractor for any home renovations you need completed.As a side note, if he tells you to seriously consider hiring a painter, listen to him! We thought this could be the one area we saved money on our renovation because we've painted before, but once we were in it and realized how much work it was actually going to be, we wish we had listened to him!!
