THE CANADA BUS

My son showed up at the time it said it would depart and the bus was not there, waited 15 mins didn't show up. Called the bus service and had the lady that answered say she would check on the bus. Then she hung up. I called back she hung up again and text me and said the bus has not arrived yet. Was supposed to leave at 2:20pm at 3pm it still was not there. Asked for money back and now she's stopped replying.

This was a comfortable ride from Calgary to Edmonton and better than some other companies offering the same route. My only suggestion is that they improve thier wifi as it consistantly cut out so I had to use my cell hotspot instead. Other than that it was still worth the cost. Polite and professional driver, comfortable leather seats, overhead fan, free bottled water and a washroom in the back. Would recommend 100%.

I travelled from Calgary to Edmonton by the Canada Bus. It was very good experience for me and most of the time I prefer this bus service as it is price worthy and very comfortable. They provide very good customer service. The buses are very clean and authentic. I would like to recommend this bus service to make your journey the most comfortable.

Bus suppose to be here 7:15 AM on july 9 calgary to Edmonton. it is not here yet 7:41 Am is current time. I called the bus company and they said it would be here in 15 min as bus is currently at white horn LRT lets see if it shows up at specified time or not

Great service provided by Canada Bus! The website offers a convenient tool to plan your trip and compare prices easily. Customer service was great, the driver was very nice and welcoming. He drove very well and was on schedule. Would definitely book again, Highly recommended.

EDIT: they refused to give his wallet back until i deleted the review. made up a fake story about having to go get it; if this was true they would have started off with that & not sent him to various different locations. staff yelled at my boyfriend for FIVE/TEN minutes about receiving an accurate review. obviously the staff here are not mentally stable enough to have a job in customer service.original review:my boyfriend took a trip last weekend & forgot his wallet on the bus. he has called MULTIPLE times, and the lady has hung up on him, sent him to the wrong place, and even sent him to an area where there were no buses at all. and yes, he had the correct addresses. i was present for the phone calls and to be honest this lady sounded straight up incompetent. maybe hire staff who understand what the job is?plus, a lot of the services listed aren't actually provided, such as water.

It was a nice experience riding with Canada Bus, clean, comfee amd fast. Definitely will ride with them again.

This is a great service, it's cheap and affordable! I've been using this bus for a year now for my trips back and forth from Calgary and have never had a problem. Only one small issue, the bus wifi sucks, not a huge issue for the price though.

The driver from Calgary to Edmonton was friendly and helpful. He offered us free water. The lady driver from Edmonton to Calgary could hardly crack a smile. She was not friendly, and offered us nothing.I also witnessed your lady driver accept a cash payment without issuing a receipt. I didn't know know you could just hand the driver cash.

Highly recommended. Plenty of legroom. Large reclining seats. Washroom. No stress of driving. Was able to kick back and relax. Bus stopped near a Tim Horton to pick and drop passengers. Some people went in to grab a snack and coffees. I watched a movie, drank my coffee and caught up my emails. I’m not driving to Edmonton and back again. I’m taking this bus as it’s more economical and stress free. 5 *****
