Today we went for the first time to Tirweka, very welcoming and generous. Food was amazing, all fresh and home made. I felt like home with so much love and positive energy. Highly recommended ❤️.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming Middle Eastern breakfast place, and I must say, it was an experience I won't soon forget!The Tirweka team were incredibly attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome and at ease. It was evident that the entire team took great pride in their work, and their passion for serving delicious, authentic cuisine shone through in every aspect of the meal.I loved The beautiful blend of modern and old design elements in the restaurant that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor truly transported me to another world, making me feel as though I had stepped into a cozy, authentic Middle Eastern home.Now, let's talk about the food! The menu offered a wide variety of mouth-watering Middle Eastern breakfast dishes, each one more tempting than the last. I decided to try the Falafel, Ful Medames, a delightful dish made with fava beans, olive oil, and a medley of fragrant spices, Traditional Arabic tea, and hummus as well as Fattet Hummus. The rich, hearty flavors were the perfect way to start my day.In addition to the exceptional food and service, I was also impressed by the reasonable prices, making this hidden gem accessible to all. I can't recommend this Middle Eastern breakfast place highly enough. If you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience that combines modern and traditional flavors, look no further. I can't wait to return and try even more of their amazing dishes!

My husband and I went for lunch for the first time today and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is beautiful and very clean. Our server asked if it was our first time and guided us through the menu and made suggestions when we asked. All of the food was delicious! We left completely stuffed and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

This breakfast/lunch/brunch spot offers an experience unmatched in Ottawa when it comes to middle-eastern food offerings. The menu includes a selection of the most common breakfast offerings. I visited twice in the past week (once for lunch with husband and again for a weekend breakfast with my extended family).The staff were welcoming and responsive and there was no problem accommodating my mother-in-laws wheel chair, which can be an issue in smaller restaurants. The place was thematically decorated and the seating area was simple and generally clean.The food includes all that you might expect in a middle-eastern breakfast including fatah, fresh pies, foul and falafel served with plenty of fresh veggies, pickles and tahini. The servings were well sized and dishes were well-suited for sharing (and taking home leftovers, if needed). The cost was very reasonable.Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a middle-eastern breakfast or would like to explore it.

I stumbled across upon this gem of a restaurant one morning in my search for coffee and pastries. From outside you only see two doors with signage above. Curiosity prompted me to enter. As I opened the door, I’m transported to a beautiful oasis. Music softly fills the air and the decor beckons you in. I was greeted by a smiling, warm woman who gave me a quick tour of the menu. The genuine pride and passion in her voice peaked my desire to come back and try out the food.I ordered myself a Turkish coffee; yum! And picked up some homemade almond cookies and baklava to go. This will NOT be my last visit!A few days later, I returned for breakfast with my husband. We were not disappointed! The presentation and the aromatic taste of the food was excellent! Food sharing is encouraged and makes for a relaxing experience. Everyone you speak to is warm and cheerful. (See the photos below)This little treasure is now on my list of favourite restaurants.

Such a cozy atmosphere with absolutely fantastic food. I have been 3 times now and I’m always impressed. The fresh baked breads and pies are so tasty and filling a much needed gap in the Ottawa restaurant scene. Perfect place for a casual and relaxed meal with friends or family. The meat pie is beautiful and delicious!

I love this breakfast spot! The staff is very welcoming and they strive for perfection. Everything we ordered was SO delicious! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a traditional Middle Eastern breakfast.

Amazing food and service. I'm considered inexperienced to the middle Eastern cuisine but all the food I tried tasted amazing. Nothing was overpowering and every dish tasted differently good. We had the fatteh, meat pie and the shakshuka. Definitely coming back here again.

My husband and I went here brunch on the weekend. The interior is beautiful. You can tell a lot of love and planning went into setting it up.The service was very friendly and our food came fast! Absolutely everything we ordered was delicious and full of flavour. We will definitely be back to try more dishes
