I was blown away and completely shocked by the incredibly amazing service I received. They were very friendly, honest, and helpful. I went here thinking that I needed new tires for winter and was ready to pay them to install 4 new tires but they said they were good for another year yet!! They recommended a tire rotation and I was able to sit in my car, relax, and pay right from my vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend these guys and will definitely be returning!! Thank you for the amazing service and honesty.I had 5 other places say that I needed new tires and that shocked me. I did my research and my tires are indeed good for another year.

What INCREDIBLE service I just received from West Coast Tire, an hour before close on the Friday of a long weekend.They gave me a loner tire—on the honour system, and are letting me bring it back when it suits me. I love people and appreciate Chris and Chantelle and all the staff for helping me in the hot heat as I make my way back to W̱SÁNEĆ Brentwood Bay from Sooke! Much love and appreciation! Five Stars! Yup five stars they earned each and every single one of them1st was fair prices2nd they were able to have in stock the exact tires other company's did not have3rd there were even a variety to choose from.4th The employees were Beyond helpful knowledgeable and eager to go above and beyond expectations and even recommended the less expensive tires as it suited my needs better.5th they were able to have my appointment done in a hour even as a walk-in and close to closing time too. the staff even assisted my preparations to secure my old 38'' SU SW in my blazer and gave no qualms when it took awhile to do so.It's a hands down good decision to shop there and even worth the trip even from a bit up island.
