Unacceptable. Not to mention the owner who is unreasonable and in denial.Expected me to get a new piece of chicken instead of a refund.Who in their right mind would want to get a replacement piece of chicken after being served Salmonella!Fast food is out people. Nothing better then a home cooked meal. If it's not made with LOVE I DONT WANT IT!!!

Since last year, the quality of the chicken has gotten so bad. Looks like a more mature chicken is used.Today I ordered family meal from here, Chicken was do discussing, coleslaw was mush .. only good was the biscuits.Please bring back good quality food.Chicken smells and color is odd. Fart is not trimmed. Taste of the chicken gammy and old. This is not the only location, I tried few and this one today was my first and last time.

I am a regular customer of Popeyes but whenever I go to popeyes which is at bayly and Harwood, they Everytime gives me same excuse that washroom is closed and then Everytime I have to request them . But today when I went there to pick up my food they didn’t allow me to use it and said it’s closed . Today would be my last day , I am not coming to this store anymore. And Mariam was the one who denied , my order number was 106.On the other , food is good .

This store always closed washrooms not even open for store customers. Bad Customer service.They put some chairs on the wash room entrance to block it . See the attached photo

Amazing Extra-mile service:We accidentally gave a pickup order from this store instead of a store near our house. When we realized our mistake we called this restaurant since we can’t go that far to pickup. We just wanted to let them know we can’t pickup and inform them to not waste the food. They took the extra effort of delivering my pickup order . They haven’t accepted delivery charges or even tip that we offered. The team deserves to be appreciated for their effort to deliver high quality customer satisfaction.

To start; this establishment doesn't even deserve a single star.They refuse water to customers even though it is a right in this country and as been for some time. They try and charge you almost $3 for just the cup when you ask for tap water. I have personally asked myself and have witnessed them turn away multiple other people, even children.I have come here a few times over the past year and have been extremely disappointed, time and time again.I am stuck waiting 10-15 minutes or more (I have waited 20+ mins for just fries in the past) every single time I order since they don't hire enough staff and the ones that they do seem to not care to move fast at all. Isn't this a fast food place?? A slug moves faster than these people do with 2 arms and legs. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant seriously needs to change something about it BADLY & ASAP. This place is in a very good location for business and it could do so much better if they just hired people with at LEAST a little shred of will to live.I wont bother mentioning anything about the food quality since every other review has touched upon those factors and have explained it very well.To whoever runs this place, if you can't bother to care to hire people that actually have good work ethic, maybe pass the place along to the next person who will. I will not support this place any longer and I'm sure tons of other people feel the same. Just check their other reviews! Absolutely atrocious.

The owner is extremely stingy!!! I had just put in an order for food and my PREGNANT MOTHER asked me to get her tap water. The owner said I’d have to pay even though under ONTARIO LAW IT IS ILLEGAL TO TURN AWAY OR CHARGE CUSTOMERS FOR TAP WATER!!! DIDNT HAVE MONEY SO HAD TO LEAVE!! The quality of the food is also bad. It’s always a hit or miss on quality and it’s been more of a ABSOLUTE MISS RECENTLY! Stop being stingy!!!

We have never been disappointed in the quality of food until Sumday night. The chicken was very greasy but dry on the inside. We also received 1 wing that still had feathers on it. The fries and onion rings were the only items that seemed fresh. Even the biscuits which are usually wonderful were tough. We ordered a 12 piece family meal with 2 large sides and biscuits. Very disappointing.

Better than your typical Popeye's joint. Much better compared to the Rossland branch. Better service and food taste better too. Less busy as well. Good seating space and lots of parking

The Food is delicious. Staff is well trained and overwhelming. Manager pooja was very polite, she took my order and served me with fresh hot chicken. The best part was the whole team had smiles on their faces. It was overall a great experience. Definitely recommended Popeyes location.
