DEPENDABLE FUELS (Discount Home Heating)

I did use at home heating fuel’s and those guys were awesome. But ever since I drove by the dependable fuel sign a few years ago I’ve been using dependable fuel. You get a three cent discount per litre if you mention the online ad. This guy who owns this business Jason, is really customer oriented. Super guy to talk to always willing to help. There didn’t used to be a minimum oil charge but sadly people abuse that so now there is a minimum of 200 but that being said, the man will not leave you stuck with no oil. I just got home after ordering oil and I literally found a gift card stapled to my invoice. Is a $10 gift card that I can use against my next oil purchase. Who the heck does that these days I’ve never seen an oil company do that, I am so impressed I’m gonna do everything I damn Can to make sure that everybody I know orders oil from this place. Top-notch in every single way. I highly recommend this company and I think that if you start going to this company you will not go back

What a amazing delivery services in HRM it is! Dependable Fuels provides me a wonderful experience with delivery driver and additional support to restart my furnace out of empty tank disaster. Anyhow, I've using a couple of different companies ever since I owned a house in Clayton Park, however, all other companies are not so reliable for worry free delivery services. I would SAY ONLY DEPENDABLE FULES can make a difference during this difficult time here in Halifax. Thanks folks!

I had a terrific all-around experience for a new first-time customer with Dependable Fuels! Dependable fuels receptionist was very kind and easy to speak to, this was my first time calling for furnace oil, I have always had electric heat but she was very helpful and Knowledgable about their fuel buisness, She was also cheerful and informative which overall made the phone call very pleasant!Dependable Fuels will deliver with no minimum amount required, which I think is great because some people may not have enough money or just need a little bit of fuel for different reasons so I definitely think that's great!Dependable fuels also have same service, I called right around lunch time and he was here within about 3 hours!!The Driver/Worker, Dependable Fuels employee that came to my house did exceptional service, first off I'm greatful that he is doing this work during covid! I am also thankful that he was confident ad polite because I forgot to tell them I have a dog (very nice,playful,quiet,Husky, but he didn't know that) and he had to open the gate on the deck to get to the front door to knock where the dog could reach him, but he didnt just barge right in, he did it carefully.As soon as he confirmed what I ordered he got right to work and was done very fast, he also kept the conversation short, but was very friendly, confident, professional and an affable and courteous gentleman, which made having an interaction with someone I havent met before comfortable and delightful for a change which made my whole experience with Dependable fuels exceptional and excellent!Defiitly deserve 5 stars!

I just have to say I’ve used a few oil companies since I bought my house and in the new year I found Dependable Fuels and am so happy I did! They have excellent service and when I ran out of oil the last two times (my own fault) they were out here immediately to help me! They also primed my furnace to get everything working again. I can’t thank them enough for being so fantastic. I will never use anyone else! Thanks guys for your awesome customer service!! They truly are the best.

Best interaction I have had yet in the Halifax area for home fuel. They were open on Sunday and sent us a technician within hours. When I called, they made it easy and straightforward, accepted e-transfer and gave us a student discount. Very impressed!
