Our instructor Christina was great, she was very detailed and clear during our 2 day course. Giving us lots of knowledge on our crp and first aid! I finished the course very confident on what she taught us.

Great first aid course! My instructor was Rachelle and she was excellent! It was informative, useful, and interesting. She was glad to answer all of our questions and she was extremely knowledgeable.

I just took a class there, and it was very informative. Instructor's took the time to explain everything. It was a fun class to take. I recommend anyone instrested in taking CPR should. Great job St. Johns Ambulance just wish I knew what the two Instructor's names were.

Absolutely wonderful instruction re their intermediate 2 day first aid course.Even if the picky little details might take me a bit more work to remember (like exact number re how many back blows when helping choking baby etc..), I feel very prepared regarding how to approach and communicate with an injured person/casualty. All the practical stuff like practicing splints and making a bandage boot etc.. went such a long way in building my confidence and helping me understand how to do it on a person vs a mannequin. (I cant say enough about what a good job the instructor Sully did)

I attended the Mental Health First Aid training and learned a lot from my instructor Deb. The course was an eye opener as mental health is a topic that’s just recently come into the mainstream. Mental health is just as important as our physical health. I learned about different types of mental health issues and how to be actively listening to people. When it comes to dealing with people living with mental health issues, we should be empathic.Staff was very welcoming and are helpful with directions and parking. There is plenty of parking for people who bring their vehicle.The facility has also been recently renovated and the classrooms are quite spacious, with high ceilings; looks very modern. The classroom also has an electronic board for writing.There also exhibits about St. John Ambulance organization and their history, which was interesting to read.

Great teachers and great place to learn. The facility is big and spacious and learning to be a first aid responder is important. Always good to learn how to help people.

Our instructor James was very professional and made things easy to understand by giving real life examples. My fourth time taking the course and found it to be more informative then ever before. Keep up the good work And thank you for the wonderful training.

The instructor at the institution demonstrated great teaching skills through knowledge of content and provided us with hands on experience with giving first aid lessons. Sully is an excellent teacher having in-depth knowledge of the medical field, making it easy for students to understand while delivering his lecture on first aid.
