Showed up at my place, spent 15 minutes...pulled out a peice of hair and left after telling my wife all was well with our furnace. They failed to mention that there was a half inch of water in the base untill I called a questioned about it. They they told me that its an issue and needs to be fixed as it's rotting out the furnace... but the few minutes it would take to put pipe sealant on the drain wasn't part of the service which I paid for and they'd have to come back and charge me another $80 for a 5 minute fix. Waste of my money. When you call, it's clear that the people on the phone are no longer excited about their jobs and don't really care about their customer satisfaction, so long as they get their money.
