Esquimalt west shore health unit went above and beyond to keep me notified about my loved ones progress in transitioning through final stages of life. I reside out of the country, and my sister was passing during the Covid19 pandemic making it impossible to travel home to see her. The palliative care coordinator Rob, was outstanding in communication, very compassionate, and involved me every step of the way.I’m grateful for his help, and would absolutely recommend using this company.Gratefully & sincerely,Nicolle Callahan

My son has had all of his vaccinations done here and we have always had a good experience. Everyone on staff has been super helpful and kind every time we have been there. The programs offered and ran in the same building are also incredibly beneficial to families. I don't have enough good things to say about the set up, programs and staff that I have encountered.

I go to ccrr childcare meetings there. It's in the QA building. It also has youth counselling and baby groups.

Great place for kids! Always been helpful trying to get up to BC vaccine program for my kids out of province.also the play group there is great on fridays !

I'm sure they mean well, great doctors and nurses as far as I've seen. Not great for cleanliness, wife has had a very hard time dealing with or getting ahold of desk staff and I've had many appointments misbooked or lost
