It was $1200 cashPut in my card and pinThe clerk asked to verify my information i asked what's the reason for verification today because I was never asked to verify before. She said I couldn't access my account without verification.The customer service rep decided to step in saying the clerk was new and the verification process was necessaryI gave my address and mother's maiden name.She asked for account details which I provided. Said that was enough.Asked for my sin number drivers license etcWhich I didn't have with me. She then stated I didn't answer questions correctly and she can't helpThe branch manager Nino entered the conversation quite rudely.I would not advise anyone bank at this branchI felt as if I was trying to steal my own money it was definitely a skin color issueLook at the employees they have at this bankThey then tried to play it off as they do this to everyoneWhen in fact I have never seen it done beforeAnd yes I started to raise my voice but not yellI was trying to speak and they (teller branch manager and customer service lady)were both disrespectful.To be honest I have never experienced this from a Scotiabank before and that's why I will stay away from this branchThey require some serious training...

At first got not the best service but at least they can admit a mistake. The branch manager Nino is the best

Ok…I went to open a business account, and asked to link it to my personal account. They screwed out up causing my personal account to be closed and I called and went back to this branch but was asked to go to my home branch in person, just to figure out that the business account was set up wrong… I’m still having issues a week later, not able to do any e-transfers… another visit to home branch…

worst branch ever. There were three people doing nothing in a empty branch and they told that no one could take the time to help me with My credit card questions bc they don't deal with that. I just left having a perfect example of laziness.

Wish I could do a 0-star review. No one’s trained enough to work independently. They try to interrupt one another while working.Needs serious training !!Also, they’re always short staffed.I was there today, only 1 advisor working. Booked for the whole day, wasted trip for me (I agree I should’ve booked an appointment, regardless more advisors would def help).Please avoid going here until its absolutely necessary.

Worst branch i have ever visited! One of the staff member was so rude that firther anything is impossible. They dont know what to do how to speak to customers. Even a no cannot be spoken in a good way but they doesn't even have that basic courtesy. The same job which they said no to was done by other branch that too without any hassle.

A proper Scotiabank branch. It's been a god send making this my new home branch. If you have any problems ask for Sabrina, hands down the best representative in the whole entire company. Problem was resolved in less than 20minutes, in one visit. I would have to wait days and even weeks to receive a reply from my previous branch agent. Highly recommend this branch if you are having problems at your current location.

Banking Hours in the IVR aren’t updated. It says 9.30 to 8 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. I followed it and went there at 6.30 pm. It was closed. Later came to know that it closes at 5 pm. Please update your IVR ScotiaBank
