One of the most honest dealerships I have ever dealt with. I brought my car in a few yrs back for a recall and they cleaned my vehicle, topped up my tank free of charge.Also came back a few months back to test drive a vehicle I was interested in. Vikram was very understanding and treated me well despite me not buying the car. I was very pleased with the fact that I was able to test a car without being made to feel guilty for not going with it. Would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Lexus product.

I recently bought a new Lexus is350 and asked to speak with the service department about my warranty. When I asked if a service was covered under warranty, an older lady (with a deep voice) said what makes you think that's covered under warranty?" We both paused for a good 10 seconds and sat in silence. I was honestly shocked at the discourtesy and was going to immediately hang up. It was clear that she was trying to make me feel dumb.I didn't express any attitude or impatience

The whole process was great with Daniel and no hidden fees at the end in finance, My wife loves the 2023 RX 350. It was a great choice.

This Lexus location has the most exceptional service I have experienced. They treat you like a family, know you by name, handle any concerns or questions promptly! From the moment we stepped through the door the ambiance is really nice, staff are very accommodating.We trade our 2019 Lexus NX 300 F sport and now we got our new 2022 Lexus RX350 F sport on July 26 and we pick it up on July 27. We just want to say thank you to Phi Nguyen, he is very polite and professional, and we didn't feel rushed and pressured. He gives us time to think and he is very responsive. So once again thank you to all the staff and our salesperson Phi Nguyen.

My experience at this dealership was unparalleled. Everyone, from our salesman Kenny (who was actually the Sales Manager) to the Director of Finance, Sumeet, including Anna who was the Technology Specialist that simplified the process of setting up the car and helped me understand its features. All the staff, including the concierge, were so personable and easy-going that they created a comfortable and enjoyable environment for me.The service is amazing as soon as you step through the door, and the facilities provided for clients are also great. Until recently, I had been going to another location (which also has outstanding service), but this one went above and beyond. I absolutely love my new IS 300 AWD with F Sport 2. It is perfectly tailored to me and matches my personality. I was torn between the ES and IS, but Kenny helped me pick the right one! Delivery was swift, and the presentation of my new car was phenomenal.I would highly, highly recommend checking out this dealership if you're in the market for a new (or pre-owned) vehicle. I would also recommend Lexus as a reliable brand in general, but this dealership is my top pick!

Weeks ago I took my car in for service and received awful customer service from the service manager. She was rude to me and insulted my car presentation when I simply pointed out the complimentary vacuum was not done. Mind you my car was not even dirty and her saying that to a customer is utterly disrespectful so it’s not even about the lack of vacuuming and is about how I was treated.The general manager is aware of the situation and I have let him know I will not be going back to this dealership and would rather spend my money somewhere that I will be treated with respect. I hope he is able to address this issue so that this doesn’t happen to others atleast.

I recently bought my first brand new vehicle at this location! I got the 2022 Lexus RX 350 and I couldn’t be happier. From the sales department to the finance department everyone was so helpful and informative and made the transaction very smooth!
