Good experience. They seem to be professional in their picture taking. The lady took time to explain the details about passport photograph, printing and other sevices they provide. They have mail boxes, pickup and drop-off for mails, parcels and letters. They do screen printing, banners, posters, photocopying and packaging. A few parking spots in front of the building and more at the side. Good customer service and neat environment and washroom.

The photo operator here tried to do his best, but in spite of his efforts, the resulting quality of the passport photos was significantly worse than in some other places. Their photo printer is very basic, hence the resolution, and even the ink stamp on the back of the picture was smeared and not easy to read. I still risked to send the photos to the passport office, but the application has been returned to me in a nearly month time because of glare on the face".I've redone the pictures at AMA
